Capezio Big Girls' Camisole Leotard W/ Adjustable Straps

This fits as I would expect an 8-10 to fit. However it snags very easily. My daughter wore it for a play as an under layer so that she could easily do her costume changes and each day there were more and more snags. Since it is an under layer it doesn't matter that much.

Two significant problems, we are returning the leotard:1 - The front neckline has a seam, and where it meets in the middle rubbed my daughter so red you could see it; this after only one class.2 - The adjustable straps means that there are actually 2 straps on each side, and since the straps move around, at times my daughter had 2 straps on one side, and 1 strap on the other - definitely NOT elegant and pretty annoying.I would NOT recommend this leotard.

The quality of this leotard is fantastic for the price. I have no idea how anyone can say it is flimsy, as it is fully lined down the front, and the point of these is usually just to be a liner under costumes - they aren't meant to be used as body armor. The fit is true to size for Capezio dancewear. My daughter wears about a 7/8 slim in street clothes. I had to order a Med. 8-10 in the leotard because all the smalls were sold out. The medium is a bit large on her, but we were able to make do by adjusting the straps all the way up to the shortest length. She is probably going to get at least two years out of this leotard. For $16, I'm very happy with the purchase!

Bought this for my 8 1/2 year old daughter. She is normally size 7/8..tall and skinny. I bought the medium and it is a perfect fit. I wish the back was a little bit lower. I bought it for her to wear under her recital costumes and while you can't see much of the camisole under her costumes from the front, (just a bit of the straps show under her spaghetti strapped costume) in the back you can see quite a bit of the upper portion of the cami on both sides where the strap attaches to the camisole. If you are buying it to wear under costumes,it would be best to wear it under costumes that are not too low cut in the front or back or that have thin spaghetti straps. She loves the camisole..it's very smooth and comfortable. Great quality.

My 9-year-old daughter is 4 feet 4 inches and weighs 58 pounds. The medium fit nicely. I reallly like the cut on this leotard.
