Didn’t work for vegan macaroons. It did make a semi decent meringue.

Works for macarons
I’ve been trying to make vegan macarons for ages without any luck and finally did it with this. I’m still new to it so they’re not perfect, but they’re by far the best batch I’ve ever managed and much better than the Aquafaba ones I tried.
