Works well with my Dell laptop
I needed a replacement charger for my Dell laptop, and this one has worked well so far. It charges my laptop as expected, and Iโm happy with the purchase.

Works great with laptop
This charger was compatible with my hubbyโs laptop and provided good charging speed. Of course, wouldnโt you know it, three days after it was delivered, hubby found his original cord. Thatโs okay though. Itโs always good to have a spare.

**Update on customer service. This company reached out to me to offer a full refund of my charger. I will order from them again because of their kind offer. I had thrown away the packaging and didn't want the hassle of returning the charger. Lesson learned. I should have contacted the seller first. I'm struggling to make this work. It does not charge my laptop unless cord is held in a certain position, and then only sporadically.
