Can this be used with retinol

I don't see why not. Many face creams now have that in their ingredients.

What’s the Glycerin percentage? Retinol percentage?

That sort of thing is generally a trade secret but from the 5 stars that it receives it is on par with more of the outrageously expensive creams so they must be packing it with some good stuff.

Do you have to be over 60 to use this as my face is really dry and none of the other nivea creams give enough moisture?

No, you do not have to be over 60 to use this cream. Dry skin is dry skin and any cream that helps is good. I use this cream each night after smearing my face with Garnier Soothing Cleansing Milk which is thick liquid rather than a cream, a little goes a long way,and clean it off with a reusable wipe. I do not wash my face with water, instead I dot little blobs of the Nivea Q10 cream over my face and blend in. I left 60 behind years ago and have had this routine for a long time. It works for me....and I still have wrinkles but I don't care.
