I had to replace a few running lights as the license plate holder lamps in my 1993 Toyota Pickup and decided that I was through trying to play the fitment and durability game that get with purchasing LED replacement bulbs. If you have an older vehicle do yourself a favor and get the recommended traditional bulb that the vehicle was built with. I did not have any fitment issues, going with a trusted brand like Sylvania meant that I knew the bulb would work, and it was a "replace once" type of job. I do not have any concerns that I am going to be prying open 30+ year old plastic to change these bulbs any time soon - or dealing with LEDs that cannot keep a good connection and flicker like crazy. The color is bright enough and the correct "type" of light to do the job of showing a license plate and marking my vehicle at night at a great price. Do yourself a favor and go old school if your vehicle calls for these.

No need to get fancy with these bulbs. They're inexpensive, give off good light, and last a long time. All at a great price.

Replaced my license plate light bulbs. Works and have been working for a few months so far. Very hard for my big fingers to remove the old ones and put these in. I used some needle nose pliers. Best price I could find at the time. Arrived in good condition. Fit my car properly. As far as I know one of the only brands for car replacement bulbs. I did not want to go to LED so I went with these.

These were replacements for license plate bulbs that burned out for a 2014 Altima. They work well & illuminate the plate. We would buy these again.
