Really good complete set of products to help with all of your bread making needs.Having two baskets might be a little over kill as they are similar in size, but the rest is really good and is producing great bread

Been making sourdough for a month quite happily but the banneton makes the final proofing and turning out much easier. Love the dough making tool too. Worked great for scones too.
