I bought this because I live alone, and sometimes I don’t use all my food before it expires and eggs are a big issue with that, but not anymore this stuff last for ages easy to store and easy to use

Very practical item I've used it to make pancakes looking forward to trying scrambled eggs

I have bought this product for emergencies so not used it yet.

The initial egg shortage in lockdown didn't continue but I had this ready for if in case. I use it by choice now for omelettes, cakes and scrambled eggs so as not to waste it. If you want a hard-boiled egg then clearly this is not for you. I make it up as one tablespoon of powder to 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of water, mixed well and left for 5 mins. Then cook as normal. It tastes no different to eggs - but for some reason on opening the packet it always smells of farmyard which is slightly off-putting, although it does remind you where eggs come from! I would happily buy again although may not have to.

Great, very worth it, great for camping!
