Great for fried chicken!
This perfectly seasoned coating is awesome for fried chicken! The cost for 12 boxes was reasonable so we ordered it again.

Flavor, flavor flavor
This product is impossible to find in my community. It has the best home town flavor for cooking pork cutlets, minute steaks, and baked chicken. Yum!

Great taste but way too much salt...and I like salt
Great taste but way too much salt...and I like salt. So I tried mixing half of this stuff with equal amounts of all purpose flour. Just not the same. I wish they could reduce the amount of salt and let us add salt if we desire

This is an excellent coating for fish, chicken or pork. I especially like the oven fry recipe on the box. Had to turn the chicken once though. It is fairly salty to the taste if you eat a bit of a dry spoonful, but not so much once its on the meat. Wish I could find it locally again. Found it once but didn't remember where???!! Was glad to see it on Amazon. Now if I could only find Aunt Jemima Corn Meal Mix

Great seasoned flour for coatings and gravy.
Our family loves the Kentucky Kernel seasoned flour. We use it for tons of different coatings and for gravy. Makes a great sausage gravy. It is getting harder to find now as it is no longer stocked locally.
