Vertagear S-Line SL2000 Racing Series Gaming Chair - Black/Pink (Rev. 2)

Love, love, love this chair! It is soooo comfortable! It gets lots of compliments. I have a standing desk at the office that I use about half of the time, and the other half I sit in this chair. I have some back pain from time to time and this definitely gives me the support I need. The attachment pillows are perfect for my back. Most of the items on my desk and in my office are pink so this chair was a nice addition. Being able to adjust the recline and adjust the arms during the day is amazing. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. The box it arrived in was in great shape, and everything inside was well packaged. Happy to have a boss who embraces my self-expression at the office! This chair is well made and worth every penny! Considering getting a 2nd one for my home office!Update: The chair was great until I started having a couple issues. For some reason it doesn't stay at the height I adjust it to. When I sit in it, it sinks down. I find it very annoying and don't know how to fix it. Any ideas? Do you guys sell replacement parts? The other problem I noticed is some of the screws that came with the chair are not straight...The ends of the screws aren't level so they pop out because they were never in right in the first place. With these two problems I went from loving the chair to not liking it!I need new screws and a new cylinder!

The assembly was a little difficult, and took two of us to do. The chair turned out to be great though. I wish the arms were able to adjust for width, but beyond that this was definitely a worthy investments and comparable to other similar chairs on the market.

So I had a 5 star review on this chair, I came back because of an issue I have with the company, their poor customer service. I started to notice a slight staining on the pink of the chair. I tried soap and water to high end automotive leather cleaner, nothing seemed to work. I started wondering if the colour of the chair was actually being worn off. So I contacted vertagear several months ago, about the issue to see what they suggest about cleaning the chair. I was helped by a woman who gave a couple of suggestions and when that didn't work she told me, my issue would be sent to the technical team and they would contact me. After not hearing from someone about my issue, I contacted vertagear again, that was a couple of months ago and as you may have guessed, I have yet to even a form letter response back.At this point I have given up on the company helping me and I am now going to try some more heavy duty cleaners, stiff bristle brushes and maybe even brake clean. If I could ever afford to buy a chair like this in the future, I will be shopping elsewhere. I had a couple of friends and family members that really liked this chair and now they are looking at other manufacturer's.Only thing I can suggest is if you still want to buy this chair, get one in dark colours. That way little to none of the staining will show. Be prepared the company suggests nothing but soap and water to clean the chair with, this does not work for most stains. Don't go out and buy nearly $100 in cleaners, I did and none of them worked. I am so glad the chair didn't come in the colour combo I wanted, white with pink, this chair would be a mess.I included a photo of the stain, this is only one part of the chair, the staining is on nearly every pink section of the chair. If I find a solution to the staining I will add to this post, if you see no update, I have obviously failed.

The company sent me another backing, which fits perfectly. Very satisfied. I have a chair for me and my wife. Thanks for making this right.

The leather is cheap and fragile, tears easily by regular use of sitting. The arm rests are made of soft foam that erodes away. The wheel casters fall apart. The mechanism that controls the recliner doesn't sit correctly and randomly causes you to fall backwards.I didn't know I would need to write a review to warn others about issues this brand has. I have tried contacting the manufacturer and had to pay for replacement parts constantly. Even their replacements throughout the years have been terrible, which means they haven't improved the quality of their parts.

This chair is so awesome. I love it, it's quality is great, and it's perfect for gaming. Thank you guys so much!

Bought this as a desk chair for my daughter and she loved it. However after only 18 months, the seat has developed a big split. Contacted Vertagear directly and they said this is normal wear and tear. Not the quality I would expect for a nearly $300 chair.

i bought this chair thinking it would be an awesome chair. After having this chair for a few months it wont stop squeaking, is wobbly, and the release to make the chair go forward keeps releasing randomly with no pressure applied. The chair wont spin in circles smoothly and keeps acting like its catching on something. I am real disappointed in this purchase.

chair arrived fast as promised and in excellent condition. i was worried about damaged parts after reading some reviews from other people here, but no problems with mine! easy to setup and is a lot more comfortable and well built than my last computer chair. surprisingly good build quality!

前まで大きいオフィスチェアを使っていました。黒ピンクの色が欲しくてこれにしました！箱が重いので開けてからばらばらで持っていき組み立てました！説明書は英語ですが画像付きなのでそれを見れば女性一人でもすぐ組み立てられます！色が濃い目のピンクと黒で可愛いです！傷汚れもなく梱包すごく丁寧でした追記半年くらい使いました、なんかシートの横の隙間？に猫の毛やゴミが入り込みます笑そこ以外はかなりいいのでお掃除しましょう😆

ブラック&ピンククーガーと迷って、組み立てやすさでベルタギアに。女一人でのんびり組み立て2・30分で完成簡単組み立てで嬉しい。155cm、女、座面の高さが1番下で足がつきます。座面が広いのでアームレストに両肘をおいてゲームができない（プロコン使用時）腕が短いからね、、、しゃーない前傾10度もいいね座面硬めですが座り心地は良きブラック&ピンクもかわいいし買って良かった。配達予定日が1〜2ヶ月後でしたが12日ぐらいで届きました。
