Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 24 oz Very, Very Dark

I purchased this bottle just to try out in the summer of 2023. It is now the summer of 2026 and I still use it multiple times a week (only because I now have multiple Owalas and I have just ordered my third Owala FreeSip). I have used so many cups—Stanleys, Yetis, Hydrojugs, Hydroflask, etc—and the Owala is still my favorite. Here’s my favorite things about it: LEAKPROOF! This is the biggest one. I can throw it my bag and trust that everything will stay dry. THE SPOUT! Hands down the best spout I’ve ever used. I love that I can sip through the straw but then close the lid and keep my straw clean and not have any spills if it tips over. And then it also gives me the option to absolutely inhale water if I’m about to shrivel up from dehydration. I think this alone is why I now own three in different sizes. STAYS COLD! The 32 ounce holds ice for quite a while. It varies depending on how often I refill it but if I’m not constantly refilling it, it will hold ice for about 24 hours. THE SIZES! I love the size options. My original one was a 32 ounce and is a great middle ground for me. It holds enough water that I’m not refilling it every hour but it’s not huge. It’s great for work and this bottle will be going to live at my job. I just ordered the 40 ounce for home because I want a little more volume when I’m outside gardening but I can’t say much about the 40 ounce size yet. I also have a 16 ounce (kids size) that I use when I leave the house. It fits in a lot of my bags and it’s leakproof so I always have cold water with me. It’s perfect especially since I’m on medication that causes dehydration if I’m not careful. DISHWASHER SAFE! This one is self explanatory. It’s amazing and I love it. There are a few cons though. The first one is that the 32 ounce doesn’t fit in my cup holder. Not a huge deal since it’s leakproof—I just keep it on the passenger seat. But Owala does have cup holder friendly options now if that’s something you want. The bottle also does dent and scratch fairly easily. I dropped it getting out my car one day and it’s a little beat up now. Kind ugly, but it’s still my fave. It’s kinda disappointing because I have Yetis and Stanleys that have been through far worse and still look new. Just be mindful of that and baby it a little. Still 100% worth it though. Long story short, it’s a great bottle that will keep your water cold and everything else dry. As someone who has used this bottle regularly for years, I highly recommend!

I freaking love this thing. I'm not a trend person, I go for function. And when my STB SIL got my fiancé a shiney new Stanley I decided it was time to replace my beat up Rtic with the mismatch lid and straw. I may not follow trends, but I didn't want my fiancé's cup to put mine to absolute shame! First off, can we all agree that the marshmallow is gorgeous? THIS cup is spectacular. Strange to say that about a water bottle, I know. But since I never jumped on that train, I didn't know what I had been missing out on. Let me tell you what! The most important things to me is taking care of my service dog. She keeps me safe so her care is paramount to me. This enables me to pour my water into her bowl on the fly, without having to open my bottle past what I would do to drink from it. Quick and easy. That right there was the selling point for me. But as it turns out, there was even more benefit than that. I don't chug my water but if I did, the chug hole does works fine. The straw portion is ready to sip from, and it doesn't stick up tall like other water bottle straws. It's JUST tall enough to get the job done. No worry of toppling over because the straw got knocked over by the cat. (Because that happens.) The "handle", which is generally the locking feature unless you're using it as a handle, is well placed and comfortable for my sized hands. Not to small and not clunky and large. STB SIL likes to talk about how great the Stanley handle is, which I don't really get. I like that this doesn't have a handle. I have one to carry it if I need it, and not if I don't. The seal is completely water tight. I occasionally put a drink mix in it and shake vigorously. No leaks whatsoever. In fact... It fits in a car cup holder upside down. That's how I transport it in the car. It doesn't fit butt down, so I put it top down. I've been known to do this with various bottles, so I tried it with this one and it fits ok. It's not ideal but it's better than nothing. Try it in yours! Since it's completely leak proof there's are no worries about spilling. (Just be careful when you remove it that it doesn't unlatch.) Another bonus of the covered straw is that germs don't get in the straw. Perfect because people in public often don't cover their sneezes. Ugh. And the coolest part? Lipstick messes are concealed with a flip of the lid! Easy peasy! I have noticed that the inside of the straw stains a little, which was disappointing. I don't like that I look at it and it looks dirty when it isn't. But I guess I shouldn't have used drink enhancers then. Also, my top color is very light. Other colors might not show that. Another thing that want fun was that when it fell, it dented! Oh no! So beware of that. It keeps my water super cold and I don't go anywhere without it. I love it so much that I'm thinking of getting another so I don't have to limit myself by style! Definitely worth the price since I use it constantly, every day. This one is so chill and Zen... The next one shall be colorful and crazy! One for every mood! I simply can't say enough about this darn water bottle... Does that mean I'm on trend now? Who knows! I just love my Owalla! I'm definitely a fan!

I absolutely love this Owala water bottle. It’s very durable and has held up great to accidental drops and everyday use. One of my favorite things is how well it keeps drinks cold. If I fill it with ice water, the ice is still there even after 24 hours. The insulation is amazing. I also haven’t experienced any leaking, which is a huge plus when carrying it in a bag or taking it on the go. Another feature I really love is the FreeSip lid. I think it’s so convenient that you can either sip through the built-in straw or tilt the bottle back and drink normally. The straw option is especially nice when I want to share a drink with my kids without having them put their mouths on the entire bottle opening. The color options are super cute, and the color I chose looks exactly as expected. For the quality you get, I think these are very reasonably priced. Overall, this is one of the best water bottles I’ve owned, and I would definitely recommend it!

I am absolutely thrilled with my Owala FreeSip stainless steel water bottle as it has quickly become my absolute favorite for every day use, and it is easily the best insulated bottle I have ever owned. The best part for me is the built- in straw. It allows me to sipupright or I can drink from the widemouth opening. The push button lock lid locks securely so I can toss it in my tote bag without worrying about any spills. The stainless steel keeps the water ice cold all day even if I leave it in my hot car! It has a convenient carry loop. It can be filled with large ice cubes, and it’s easy to clean. You will love it!!!

Love Owala bottles and I have several of the 24 oz. I decided to get a larger size (32 oz.) this time to take to sporting events to hold more water. Water stays cold all day like the others, and it never leaks. The only downside is that it doesn't fit in my car or chair cupholders by just a fraction. I kind of suspected that might be the case going in, so it doesn't bother me too much. At games I just have to set it on the ground instead of my sports chair. It just won't be my everyday bottle - I will continue to use the 24 oz for the car since it fits perfectly in the cupholder. But Owala still gets 5 starts for the great design, easy to carry, and staying cold all day.

I got this Owala for my son and really like it so far! My favorite feature is that you can drink from either the built-in straw or use the chug opening. It gives him both options without having to switch out lids or pieces, which is really convenient. The bottle itself feels sturdy and good quality, and the lid closes securely and has a handle that makes it easy to carry. The colors are also really fun and vibrant. My only concern is the coating on the outside. It feels like it may be somewhat easy to scratch, especially since this is going to be used by a kid and tossed into bags, taken to school, etc. We’ll see how it holds up over time! Overall, though, I’m really happy with it. I’ll update my review once I find out how sturdy it is.

We love this Owala! The 16 oz size is perfect for kids—big enough to hold plenty of water without being too heavy or bulky for them to carry around. The FreeSip design is probably my favorite part because they can sip through the straw or tilt it back to drink normally. It doesn’t leak all over the place, keeps water cold for a long time, and the covered spout stays cleaner than an exposed straw. The Read My Lips color is super cute, too. It’s held up really well to everyday kid use, which says a lot. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Vamos lá, primeiramente que eu AMEI a garrafa, estava super ansiosa pela chegada dela e não me arrependo em absolutamente NADA de ter comprado. Ela mantém a água gelada por MUITO tempo(se você for como eu q é curioso em saber quando tempo exatamente, um ótimo exemplo foi que eu coloquei água nela SEM GELO ás 16 da tarde e no dia seguinte ás 8 horas quando acordei ainda estava gelada como se tivesse acabado de sair do filtro d'água, lembrando que meu filtro tem agua gelada). O canudo dela é sensacional e super prático, mas também recomendo comprar uma daquelas escovinhas pra limpar. Além disso, ela é muito linda e grande. Eu comprei a de 945ml e tá perfeita pra mim, já que tem uma alça e o material externo da garrafa não é escorregadio ao toque. Agora falando dos pontos negativos, o único ponto negativo que eu tenho a mencionar aqui sobre essa garrafa é a entrega. Vi muitas pessoas reclamando sobre a demora da entrega e realmente aconteceu comigo também, o prazo pra envio é ENORME, acredito que seja por causa da quantidade de pessoas que compram essa garrafa, então demorou MUITO pra enviarem, aprox um mês. A entrega em si depois do envio foi de uma semana +/-, então acredito que seja mesmo uma coisa de estoque. O problema é que a garrafa deveria vir numa caixa de papelão, forrada por dentro e tudo mais. Mas na verdade ela veio dentro de um saquinho sem nada, só a garrafa, envelopado por um pacotinho com uma camada DUVIDOSA de papel bolha. Acredito inclusive que esse tenha sido o motivo do arranhão da foto(é pequeno, bem pequeno, e fica na parte de baixo, praticamente nem dá pra notar, principalmente depois que eu comprar aquele molde de silicone pra botar na garrafa). Enfim, o produto é perfeito, mas pecam bastante na forma como enviaram, e nem é pela demora, mas sim pelos danos causados aos produtos, visto que mais gente aqui teve o mesmo problema.

Muito boa, não vaza, conserva a temperatura.

Un po' cara rispetto alla media, ma ne vale la spesa! Tieni molto bene la temperatura, ma soprattutto la possibilità di bere a suzione grazie alla cannuccia, premette l'utilizzo facilitato anche durante la guida! I colori sono fantastici!
