I was not sure about durability when I purchased this in June 2015 but I'd been generally very happy with Gardena products in general and it is only now in May 2021 that the connector has failed as there is a slight leak from one arm - just a drip, drip, drip leak but enough to warrant buying a new one unless there is some sort of o ring or seal that can be replaced.
