I loved it the first two days we had it. The town we live in has the worst service so we thought this would work perfectly for us but then after having it a couple days the battery went dead and now it won’t even turn on or charge we spent over $430.00 on it not to mention the almost $80.00 to hook it up to service.I’ve never in my life been so let down and dissatisfied with something like the way I have with this item I would not ever recommend this to anyone nor will I ever buy from amazon again I’m stuck with an item I can’t use

Item works perfectly! Ty It was posted as used but looks brand new. I had it working within minutes! Fast speeds for connecting, ethernet supported, and easy set up. Great item. The best to deal with ever!

Purchased 1, turned on and worked until the battery went dead and would not charge. Sent it back. Received another one. Purchased a replacement elsewhere in the meantime. The 2nd replacement sat and when I went to charge it to use, it was dead also! My mistake for not checking the 2nd one. Have nothing but a paperweight. After reading other reviews I worry about this being a scam. Totally disgusted!!!

Hey bro I hope you can get back to me I bought this and I turned it on and it worked so I powered it back off and got a Plan with Verizon and I officially used it for 3 hours then it just powered off never turned back on , still won’t turn back on
