Little hot and salty. T So goood!!

From Helsinki to Pennsylvania in three days?! Excuse me?? They were packaged very well - the lid was popped open a bit when it arrived and I was worried they’d be a clumpy mess due to moisture exposure but they were all completely fine! It also resealed when I pushed it so the packaging wasn’t broken, it must have just been jostled around during shipping. I strategically got these because I grew up eating salmiakki and no one else in my house has acquired the taste so I get them all to myself. Delicious, and I will be reordering once these disappear entirely too soon.

As I am one of “those” people that love salty candies, these are the best in the world. They are always made with the same care so each piece has the deep, sweet and salty taste and of course the surprise punch from the powder in the center. Thank you for an excellent product.

All the Tyrkisk Peber you could ever need. This shop's shipping seems to be much quicker these days. If you don't know what Tyrkisk Peber is, it's a savory-sweet licorice hard candy with a somewhat spicy, salty salmiak flavor powder in the middle. You'll find yourself crunching on them in no time with a newfound addiction, your blood pressure increasing due to the sheer amount of licorice and salts you're consuming. Forget 5 Gum; you haven't had a shock to your senses quite like this.

This isn't for everybody. Even people that like licorice are divided on it. If you're not sure, try a small pack first. 5 lbs of this is a LOT. By the time that I got to the end, the candy had gotten a bit stale, which honestly made it even better, IMO. So try it first, then once you know you love it, buy it in bulk!

Price is kinda pricy and $10 for shipping. Well not typical for Amazon. The plastic container is fragile and while the box looked fine, the plastic was cracked and leaked licorice dust. That's disappointing. I was hoping that the container would keep my large quantity of candy fresh for the long haul.

First off, it’s hard to complain about the high shipping cost as I’ve paid more for shipping in the states, and sometimes had more problems with those items. This is the second time I’ve purchased this. Arrives from Finland very well packaged and got here in five days after I ordered it. That alone is worth $10. This is a huge container and the last one I ordered lasted for four months… I admit I eat a few of these every single day! Great seller, who takes good care of their customers by providing a great experience!

I love my turkish pepper! Def.value for the money,could be cheaper but understand that it cost to shipp it from finland here! Its so worth the get a big box cus even it feels like i have aten so much out of it,still not noticeable at all that anything is missing and have been having it for atleast 3 weeks and gotten in to it every day pretty much!! Love em!!! Always have!!

Having lived in Germany for a few years I grew to love the salty and salmiak salt liquorice sold in Germany, Holland, Denmark and other countries across Europe. That is where I first discovered these Turkish Pepper sweets and these sweets purchased on Amazon are exactly how I remember them.
