Very well made good quality belt, fantastic prevention/relief of back pain. I'm tall, 67 and have to wear one 12 hours a day and have done now for a couple of years as I have a bit of a glass back. Always use another Medi### brand which are expensive, this belt was 1/2 the price and is exactly the same, possibly from the same manufacturer so ordered another for stock. I have noticed they put them up by £2 but still a good buy for somthing that enables me freedom of movement, in and out of the car all day.

I hurt my back whilst bending, twisting and trying to lift a heavy box, all at the same time. After a week of pain and pain killers, I decided to try some support. It fits well, is easy to adjust and does provide support. It isn't a miracle relief, your back will still hurt. But it makes moving about easier. The only slight problem I have encountered is the hard rubber adjustment, on the ends of the outer elastic, do have a tendency to dig in at times. But all in all it does what I wanted it to do. So a good overall purchase.

Absolute GodSend My Backs Very Delicate I Had An Operation 17 Years Ago On My Back Due To Damaged Discs & It Worked A Treat & Unfortunately Due To Wear & Tear I've Now Got. I'm not going through all the suggested topics. This back support is brilliant! You can tighten it in two ways or more. It really does put pressure where you want it. It's pretty comfortable to wear. I think it will last for a long time. And for sciatica, it really seems to put that pressure exactly where the pain is. I don't use just this. I use deep freeze (doesn't touch it) I use paracetamol (Don't touch it) I use frozen peas (very good, but 20 minutes of cold is better than 20 minutes of heat!) I also got some pregablin which help the pain associated with the back. Like that intense pain you get all the way down to your foot! It feels extremely protective whilst wearing it. You really can tighten these things. So I'd recommend this any day! I've had a shoulder support before, and that sucked! But this back support is awesome. So glad to get something that actually helped the pain. Thank you!

bought this hoping it would be as supportive as another on same page as this but it is not, feels very soft and does not support back at all. yes its cheap , should have realised you get what you pay for. never again stick to my usual, maybe dearer but does help when gardening.

Bought this product obviously to see if it would aid my chronic lower back pain which I have had on and off for the past ten years but is steadily getting worse. Bought one but had to send it back because it was too small, but no problem got the money back and bought a larger one. It fits comfortably you can even sleep with it on if you like, which I have done. I must state this product will not get rid of your back pain but it will help support your back which will aid you in being mobile, which I was finding with my back, couldn’t stand and work for more than 15 without having to sit down and rest. But yes the product does help if you want to be mobile, can’t say for definite it will help with your back problem but it could do, buy it, try it and if doesn’t work send it back.
