Tumoi Nandi Hills Purple Tea 50g (Sussex Wholefoods). Tumoi Nandi Hills Purple Tea Refreshing tea with tangy fruity notes of sugared plums and fresh spring greens. Sourced directly from Tumoi Teas Cooperative based high up in Nandi Hills, Kenya. Make slightly purple coloured infusion. Brew: 2. 5g in 250ml water at 70 C for 2-3 minutes. Cultivar: TRFK306 'Purple Leaf'. It can be brewed multiple times. Due to the high content of antioxidants in the tea, the steeped liquor changes colour when you add a couple drops of lemon to it.
