Yes the ramp folds flat and it folds up to the vehicle.

Do I need to purchase extra anti wobble hardware for this carrier? It states in the description is comes with anti wobble hardware.

This carrier works well for some things I have a mobility chair motorized mobility chair and when it's loaded on the carrier there is considerable weight on the carrier and it makes it tail heavy it wants to drag if you go into a business that has a curb
