The pump it was sent with does not appear to work effectively and there also does not appear to be a place to insert the pump.***Update: I was able to locate a customer service email for the company online. Customer service was very responsive and willing to send a new unit if we couldn't solve the problem. However, upon finding an electric pump with attachments that fit the trainer, I was able to get it inflated. The problem appears to have been a defective pump.
