I absolutely love Karma organic polish remover - and the bundle is a nice value as well as a way to try out different aroma options. I’ve gone through so many bottles of this polish remover that I want to be sure I have some on hand. It’s gentle and has a much more pleasant scent than typical polish removers. It actually moisturizes skin and nails while removing polish. If you’re new to soy based polish removers it’s best to expect to be a little patient with the removal process. I much prefer the pleasant, less intense aroma and moisturized nails and skin to harsh polish removers. It can help to soak a cotton round or ball and let it saturate the polished nail a bit before rubbing to remove polish. The bottle is glass and can be recycled - and according to the label the remover itself is biodegradable. Each bottle in the bundle had an extra layer of cardboard in the box for extra protection - very nice for glass bottles. The lavender was my go to scent - but I just tried the rose oil scent - and I like it just as much. Both scents are naturally derived and not too strong. For those sensitive to scent it comes in unscented as well. Besides removing nail polish - I found it worked great when my friend’s car was sideswiped - she was able to remove the paint left on her car without damaging her car’s original paint at all - so I imagine this remover can be used in many situations where a gentle remover is needed…!

Karma Naturals nail polish remover works so quickly and efficiently I doubt I'll go back to other methods. Because it's an oil, I don't need to worry about it drying out as I'm removing polish; it doesn't dry while I work with it and it doesn't dry out my skin. It's far more gentle on my skin (I have eczema), and while I should be careful with scented things, I decided to try the lavender scent first and I didn't notice any irritation. I did pick up the unscented one as well after being pleased as a "just in case" when my skin decides to be more fussy. I dislike needing lots of lint-free pads, cotton balls, or cotton buds for cleanup and I found I can use one cotton bud for two nails (one end for each nail, both ends for thumbs). Tends to make cleanup even more neat, which I very much like. The lavender is very pleasant if you like lavender. Unscented has a bit of an astringent smell, which makes sense for what the product is. Both smell better than your average nail polish removers, with the scented option being the most pleasant. Seems folks like the rose so I'm tempted to grab that one as well. I've recently fallen into the nail polish hobby and ended up getting a pretty bad reaction to acetone on one of my fingers. I'm very grateful this oil option exists! Obviously, everyone's skin is different, so what works for me may not work for you, but I do think it's worth trying! Always go unscented if you've got sensitive skin. After I remove the polish on a finger, I wipe the excess mess with a little cotton/lint free pad, and once both hands are done I wash thoroughly.

I've purchased Karma Organic Nail Polish Remover with Soysbean Oil and Lavender Oil many times, and it is hands-down the best natural nail polish remover I've ever used. Yes at $11.99 for 4 ounces it's more expensive than conventional removers, but it's absolutely worth it. I have very problematic nails, and this is one of the few removers that's actually gentle and doesn't leave them dry, brittle or damaged. Even on a tight budget, this is one product I choose to splurge on because it truly makes a difference. It removes polish effectively without acetone, smells wonderful thanks to the lavender oil, and leaves my nails feeling nourished rather than stripped. I also love that it's non-toxic, vegan and cruelty-free. If you're looking for a nail polish remover that's kind to your nails and doesn't smell harsh or chemical, I can't recommend this enough.

This is the first time I've tried a non-acetone remover. The only drawback I saw was that it does take a little longer to use. You have to rub longer to get all the polish off. But on the plus side, you don't have the awful chemical smell and toxic fumes of regular removers, and it doesn't dry out your nails. I soaked one cotton ball and did all ten nails with it. The oiliness easily washes off if it bothers you, but it's so good for your nails and skin! All in all, I definitely like this and will keep using it!

I purchased this product in hopes of replacing my previous standard non-acetone nail polish remover. Here is my review broken down in parts: Packaging: When it arrived I was excited. Seeing as I paid $13.00 for this small bottle, I had expected a full bottle of the solution. This was not the case (and is the reason for my less than perfect review). As I show in the uploaded image, the bottle is missing approximately 2cm from the top of the bottle (or for better reference- up to the purple label, rather than what is seen in the image). Based on the amount I would normally use, that would be anywhere from 2-3 full nail removal. I am very unhappy about this. Performance: Once I received it, I decided to test it out right away. I recently switched to Butter nail polish (free from formaldehyde, and all carcinogens), and in order to have a lasting manicure it requires a base coat+2 color coats+top coat. I applied this to one nail, and a standard 2 coats of Essi nail polish + top coat (don't use base coat here, I have a home made nail strengthener that I use before application) on another. I allowed them to dry for 15 min and then proceeded to use the Lavender remover. There was no noxious smell whatsoever, with just a whiff of lavender being the only thing I sensed. The nail polish came off very quickly, didn't require more than 5 seconds of rubbing per nail. I have not tested a full ten nails, but based on the results I have seen I believe dabbing quickly, waiting 10 sec and then rubbing in circles to remove will work well and require only one partially saturated cotton ball. It is a bit oily, but I just washed my hands well after use, to remove excess. Ingredients: As I am very careful about what I permit to touch my body or skin, I have decided to break down the ingredients. - Propylene Carbonate- low hazard, no carcinogen proof, strong irritant on skin in base form (diluted cosmetic version is safe), no toxic effects discovered in research. It is a synthetic compound, but that doesn't mean that it is bad. - soybean oil methyl exter- used in cosmetics or for car and asphalt cleaning; meets clean air standards (meaning non-toxic if inhaled); non-toxic, bio-based. There has been a possibility of a connection between soybeans and breast cancer in research, but seeing as this is a diluted amount and used on nails (low absorbency into out system), I do not believe this is a concern. - tocopheryl acetate- good old Vitamin E, great for softening skin and cuticles and when penetrates the skin (which it easily can) 5% is converted to free tocopherol and provides beneficial antioxidant effects ([...]); helps protect against ultraviolet rays when absorbed. On to (slight) concerns: it is a human skin toxicant or allergen (but with low impact as a whole); animal studies have shown tumor formation at high doses; uncertain environmental toxin (known as env. toxin, but with unknown effects). Basically, this is a modified form of Vitamin E, done so to improve shelf life, but which therefore sacrifices some quality and possibly takes on toxic effects. My final rating is 4/5- ingredients are sound (there is no way you can be 100% super natural/organic/non-toxic when it comes to something like nail polish); effect is good; packaging needs to be more strictly regulated.

I've been painting my nails/using remover for over 40 years. I've tried pretty much every kind of remover, including commercial brands claiming to be moisturizing or unscented (neither of which has ever been true!), and all-natural, non-toxic brands which never did a good job of actually removing and required lots of rubbing. Removers have always dried my nails out and made my already-sensitive nails more brittle. This one sounded promising, especially w/lavender essential oil, something I've never seen in a remover. All I can say is WOW! I wish I'd known about this years ago. It's gentle and a little oily which makes my nails feel really nourished, but it also does a really good job of removing polish. Even better, I don't smell any hint of chemical or synthetic fragrance fumes. It's the best of all worlds in a remover and I will never use anything else now. 🤩

It’s absolutely love this product. Smells amazing and takes polish off without much effort. My hands so soft afterwards. 10 out of 10!

Update 07/10/16: -- Even with the price, I'm sold on this stuff, because my nails and cuticles are SO MUCH happier with this than with normal nail polish remover. My cuticles are smooth and tidy, and on some of my nails, you can even see a line where they're rougher and paler above the line, and smoother and pinker below. I had no idea how badly my nails had been abused from acetone-based removers until I started using this. -- However, I am still hanging on to a little bit of acetone-based remover, because you can't use this stuff for cleanup (meaning, you can't use it to wipe away tiny bits of polish to neaten up your manicure). It's just too hard to control with precision. -- NO staining. Not even with really intensely pigmented polishes. If some color gets on your fingers during removal, you just wipe it again with this remover and it's gone. -- Below, I tried the remover on a dense glitter polish, and was concerned that you'd need to use way too much of the stuff to get polish off. Good news: if you're not using it on a glitter polish, you don't need to use nearly as much. -- Also, the most important thing I learned: The amount of time and elbow grease you need simply vary from brand to brand, and from even from product to product within a brand. Some polishes and base/top coats whip off even faster than they do with acetone, some need you to put in a good amount of soak time and rubbing effort, and everything in between. Not sure if that's characteristic of all soy removers or just this one, but I wonder if some of the bad reviews saying "this doesn't work" have to do with this. Anyway, I'm all about this stuff now. Very happy with my purchase after 6 weeks of frequent use. Original Review 05/29/16: Tried this out for the first time on a 4-day-old manicure of base coat, 2 thick coats dense microglitter polish (China Glaze Boundary of Memory), and thickly applied topcoat. PROS: + Did get all the glitter polish off in about the same amount of time as pure acetone. + Nails were happy and moisturized when I was done, not even a LITTLE bit traumatized. + You can just use an ordinary paper towel instead of a cotton pad or other fancy stuff -- and I only needed half of one paper towel to do all 10 nails. + Mild oily smell, no other smell. + Formula is non-toxic and biodegradable, and the package is a glass bottle with an aluminum top (all recyclable). CONS: - It's not fast. You have to rub some on, let it sit, and then scrub at it (don't wipe, use elbow grease -- I found a back-and-forth key-turning motion to be the most effective). Overall it only took a little longer than normal remover would on glitter polish, but it'd be a headache if it took that long on regular polish. - EXPENSIVE! $12 for 4 oz! (Compare: $3-4 for 8 oz of pure acetone at most drug stores) - It's very oily. Your hands will be very greasy while you're working. Don't plan on touching anything important until you're done, and be sure to wash your hands. ???s: - It is made from soy oil. Since Karma Organic Spa's number is printed right on the front of the bottle, I suppose one could call them directly to see if it's safe to use for people who are allergic to soy. (The manufacturer of a different soy-based remover claims that there are no allergy-triggering compounds or proteins remaining after the manufacturing process.) - I felt like I had to use a LOT of product to get the polish off. That's pretty normal for glitter polish, but if you need the same amount to get regular polish off, you'd probably only get 10-11 uses out of this tiny little bottle. - Since I was using it on glitter polish in a clear base, I wasn't able to tell from this first use whether this remover would result in finger staining with more pigmented polishes. If it doesn't, that'd be a big plus for me, since I like saturated colors and dark colors.

I ordered two nail polish removers, and only received one. I wrote to them and they immediately answered and sent over another one. The PRODUCT is also AMAZING. It removes my nail polish easily, it doesn't dry out my nails as it has more of an oily feel, it DOESN'T SMELL TOXIC at all, barely smells anything (slight rose smell). Very satisfied and will be a return buyer.

le dissolvant de mes rêves, il a toutes les qualités possibles : il sent bon la lavande, pas d'odeur infecte, pas besoin d’aérer la SDB, quel bonheur! il fonctionne beaucoup mieux que les dissolvants classiques, avec ou sans acétone, et l'huile qu'il contient rend le geste très doux et agréable. Il me faut plusieurs cotons d'habitude, là, pas du tout : un tout petit bout bien imbibé, de petits mouvements circulaires sur l'ongle et le tour était joué. Je n'achèterai désormais plus que celui-là. A noter que je l'ai utilisé sur un vernis de la même marque, dont je suis super satisfaite également.

Takes more time and effort to rub the polish old, especially those that have been there for weeks.
