Plastic vinyl wrap faux wood design, gathered & glued. No wood anywhere.
This garbage table should be $99. Buyer beware, they described it several different times is being made out of "sturdy metal and wood... Walnut even!". It's anything but sturdy, and there's literally NO WOOD to be found, not even vaneer. The particle board that is no doubt used to create the table top and stool tops is, and I'm not exaggerating, WRAPPED IN RUBBERY PLASTIC VINYL (!!!) with a print of wood on it, and annoying texture that keeps it from being able to be wiped clean. Trust me, no real wood was harmed in the making of this table. I repeat, it is literally vinyl stretched across the composite particle board, gathered and glued on the undersides of the edges. Perhaps if you're going to use it outdoors? The crappiest $230 piece of furniture I've ever purchased.

Classy, versatile, gorgeous.
ABSOLUTELY L-O-V-E!I purchased the 3-Piece set a couple months ago, and was loving its versatility (lightweight - easy to shift around and use for numerous purposes) — and this dining set is all that and then some.First of all, I cannot stress the lightweight factor — although it LOOKS super sturdy, the whole set is very easy to lift and move around -- perfect for an impromptu dinner party — or obsessive remodeling (if you're like me). You can grab the stools with one arm and easily move them around -- they've become my go-to quick seating solutions for extra guests!Another factor I love about this set is that the stools and table are exactly the same dimensions (except for the width of the table of course - this one is wider and perfect for hosting a dinner or study session for 4) — so I am able to quickly pull the two sets together for an extra-large, accommodating high-top surface with 6 matching stools. The height of the table is perfect for working, crafting, dining and wining. The texture is epic! Luxurious and classy looking, super easy to clean. I am constantly getting compliments from visitors -- particularly when seeing the two sets in the same space, as they compliment each other perfectly. I've used this as my more formal outdoor "dining table" and the 3-piece set as my outdoor cocktail bar/ laptop countertop workstation.I cannot recommend this set enough! Check out the photos to see the various ways I've used it in my home.

Short screws. Even shorter patience.
When I bought this table, I knew that it was going to be a "$200 table." I was not expecting extremely high quality and was not needing it. I move every 3 years for the military and my furniture usually gets tossed out or donated when I move. This table arrived and I was very surprised when I opened the box. I'm almost certain that someone had returned this table and chairs to the company before I received it. There were significant scratches in the metal legs as well as lots of hair on the tape grouping parts together. It also was covered in some sort of white dust....I assembled the frames for the chairs and the table quite easily. But when I moved onto putting the table top on the frame and the seats to their frames, that's where my problems started. The table was not pre-drilled for holes, so I had to make my own. By the time I had found the drill in the 100 boxes I have scattered around my garage, my patience was already thin. When the holes were drilled, the screws that came with the set were WAYYYYY too short to hold the top onto the frame. Icing on the cake, let me tell you. You get them screwed in and they just spin, there is nothing for the screw to "bite onto" because they are so short. There is maybe a quarter inch of screw left once it makes it through the metal frame to go into the table. The seats are the exact same way. You can pull the table top off completely from the frame if you lift up on it.It's kind of like Russian Roulette at my house now when you sit on the chairs or move the table around my kitchen. Is the top going to come off? Are the seats going to fall apart when you sit down?? Will I break my back falling off the chair??? Who knows!! Give it a shot! Makes for a great drunken party game! So, if you're looking for disposable furniture that may or may not send you to the ER, buy this table and chairs!

Absolutely L-O-V-E
I was looking for a nice tall, narrow table for entrance decor when I stumbled upon this set. I figured - why not have two seats! I am always hosting friends and extra seats are always end up coming in handy.Originally I was going to use it as a breakfast bar in my kitchen! It quickly became my temporary desk (see photos) and finally ended up as possibly the greatest-ever bar-table-for-two-overlooking-the-valley (see pic!). I have been complimented by everyone who's seen it — it's perfect for a morning coffee break or a romantic dinner for two.I love that despite being super lightweight (and easy to move around for various functions) — the set looks super solid, as in heavy and made out of quality wood. The surface texture is probably my favorite feature (I jokingly rubbed my cheek on it when my friend finished putting it together)... super smooth / slightly textured surface with a gorgeous natural tint. Very easy to clean with a quick wipe.Again, super lightweight and versatile ~ I plan to use the table as an entry-welcome for my next dinner party, with the two stools as end tables for placing cocktails.Definitely recommend this set!!!
