Great cleaner for my composite decking and rails. Works very well. I mix in tank sprayer and let it do it's job. Great product for the price too.

This is the best stuff I have ever come across for cleaning the house, garage, decking, patio furniture, green house. No pressure washer needed, no brush needed, no latter needed. Use as instructions with water hose and the container that connects to the hose. I have shared this product with many people as it is so easy to use and the results are awesome .....especially in comparison to the labor. Will continue to use

I use this on my vinyl siding instead of the house wash. It just works faster and takes off the really bad crud. Don't get me wrong the house wash is good, I just like to use this better. I buy one of the sprayer bottles that has this and just continuously refill. Works great on vinyl, wood, decking. I recommend this stuff to everyone.

I rarely review my purchases, perhaps because I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon. However, this product deserves a 5 star review! As directed on the label, I put the product in a garden sprayer and applied at full strength. I did wear gloves and clothes that I didn't mind being stained. Pretty much immediately I saw years worth of stains disappearing. On a couple of almost black areas on the deck I did have to reapply, but for most of the deck it was a simple apply, wait, rinse. The picture shows the little square area I tested out the product on, including the rails. Wow! One thing, it takes more than you think. My small 200 sq ft deck needed 3 gallons.

Great price and it worked awesome. I used it for my siding instead of a deck. I sprayed it on and then washed it off in a few minutes. A lot came off when I sprayed it, but so much came off after the few minutes were over. My siding and the trim around my porches are so clean that i decided to do my windows. This stuff is awesome. I seriously recommend it!!!!

E-Z deck and fence wash... Had high hopes for this when I started cleaning my deck. It says right on the bottle.. "Spray it on... Wait 5-10 minutes... Spray it off". This didn't work... I had to scrub with a stiff broom.... Really scrub. Took about 4 hours to clean a 12' x 24' deck... With steps and railings. The product had a strong odor of bleach. Wear old clothes... And cover any nearby plants to protect from over spray when washing off. A power washer was very helpful and keeping the deck wet while scrubbing seemed to help. In review... I sprayed the cleaner on.. Waited the alotted time.. Sprayed a section off... And noticed no difference. Got out the stiff broom and began to scrub... While spraying the wood. This helped a lot. 3 stars because what was supposed to be "no scrubbing" turned into 4 hours of scrubbing. Not sure whether the product helped... Or if bleach wood do the same job. The deck was noticeably cleaner after all of the scrubbing... And turned kinda white once it dried. The next day I applied Thompsons advanced weather sealer.... Which seemed to bring back some color. I'm undecided as to whether I'd buy this again. On the other hand.... I bought 2 bottles, but it only used 1 for my deck (12 x 24). I'll update later if I have better results with the next bottle. Side note: used 1 and 1/2 gallons of Thompsons weather sealer.

2020 and tons of time on my hands so I was cleaning out the garage and found my original empty spray bottle of E-Z Foam from 3 years ago so I purchase the gallon jug mainly because it was cheap, refilled my old bottle, and went out in the sun dreading the job of cleaning my fence. I was pleasantly impressed with the fact that the nozzle worked perfectly-I wet down the fence then switched it to release the cleaner and it immediately got to working. My fence is 35 feet which took me about 8 minutes to make the first pass avoiding the bushes. As I returned to the front gate the green stains were gone-everything was white-all I had to do was rinse and put away the hose. The nozzle had great spray pressure even after 3 years. It was like magic and I am so happy. Couldn't beat the price. This will be my annual product. I purchased this product twice now and its excellent..
