The directions had a 10 minute soak time with boiling water, but a few of the egg pieces didn't re hydrate (was like a crunchy egg thing in the center) and the potatoes were a little crisp. If you wait 15 minutes it's better. Overall this wasn't too bad at all. It's nothing fancy, and kind of feels like you're eating weird space food out of a horses feed bag, but once you get past that, I didn't mind. This was "two servings" when you define a serving as the amount of food a premature infant eats per meal. For normal humans, one bag = one serving. It comes out a little sloppy. Throw some Cholula or Valentina on this, please.
