Good substitute for those of us who are lactose intolerant although it dosnt not make a good cip of tea!

Vegan Soy and Gluten Free Milk Substitute. Only problem is price is quite high.

It's a usable product though tastewise it can improve. I use Alpro rice milk in the UK which is far superior in taste. But the very fact that rice milk is available in India is a step in the right direction. You can't drink it like milk but you can use it in hot chocolate like a dairy whitener, which is what I do. I don't like to use it with coffee as it takes away from the coffee taste and smell. Urban Platter is a good company and can surely improve the product to make it more drinkable.

I'm disappointed because this took a long time to receive and when I received it I could smell as I was opening up the package. it was not sealed. We can't use it because we can't guarantee the safety and we can't return it because it's unreturnable.

I was concerned by the relatively low consumer ranking of this product but have been pleasantly surprised. As a dairy free frequent flyer, I can't ship a lot of liquids around on a plane so taking non-dairy milk alternatives in powdered form is really helpful. I've tried a couple of makes of powdered oat milk - which are ok, but they just don't mix very well - especially in hot water for tea. My initial reaction of this was that the taste of this powdered rice milk is good - less noticeable than oat milk, it dissolves more easily than Oat milk powder and is a pretty good milk substitute for travelers. Giving this 5 stars due to the fact that it does actually all dissolve and allow tea to look like tea - not tea with white goop in it!
