I love this Pilates bar! I use this bar to do squats. You can also use it for weight training as well. Although it’s not that heavy but you can still get results from the resistance of the bar and bands that comes with it.

I'm 5'2 and bands are too long for my height. Would only recommend if you are 5'5 and above in height.

This item broke on the first use and can not be repaired..Took 2 months to get here. Unresponsive to multiple texts

The resistance bands were super loose. Couldn’t use
