It is the best I've ever been able to purchase because other brands had diluted it. In a separate bottle, you can dilute some of this Rose Water with distilled water if you find this Pure product to be a little too strong for you. 17 ounces of pure Rose Water by Alteya Organics is a great purchase. It's going to take me a long time to use this, yet I know I will be purchasing this particular one again. I have no need to look elsewhere or try a different brand when I have already found perfection.

Organic rose water is the only makeup that I have been using for the last few years. I will not reveal how old I am on Amazon but all the people I have met in my life so far have not been able to predict my age accurately. For a woman that is very important and flattering. I am originally from India living in the United States for the last twenty six years but some things never change. My great grandmother and then my grandmother used to wash their never ending hair with rose water among other things. Rose water has the solution to skin issues, hair issues, and even digestive issues because one can use it in their food. Rose water helps to calm nerves and anxiety if used in bath water and has a beautiful fragrance. This product is excellent and I keep the bottle refrigerated so when I take it out and use it on my skin it feels like ice and very soothing in this heat along with the lovely smell. Helps me sleep better and smell nice too. I buy this product from Amazon and will never stop using it. By the way did I mention that rose water if applied daily heals, soothes, protects and makes the complexion fairer and smoother without any expensive creams or lotions. For a person like me who is allergic to 99% products in the market today because they are so full of chemicals and cause harm in many ways this product is a godsend for people like me who believe in the effectiveness, purity and quality of things rather than quantity and advertising.

This is my third time buying from this company and I love their product. Using it on the face right after a shower leaves a cool soft refreshing feeling on the skin. The fragrance is wonderful in spite of not being a perfume. Perfumes have fixatives to make the fragrance last. Rose water should be used to tone and refresh the skin before any makeup and to keep your skin healthy. Having no additives or preservatives and being organic was a big draw for buying this product. It was also good to know that citronellol, farnesol and geraniol are naturally occurring in essential oils. Products from Europe have to meet tougher standards of safety and reporting, which makes them more valuable to me.

Hi people ! Young French exiled in the US, I'm a fervent user of pure rose water. I always use pure rosa damascena (not centifolia) and I flee synthetic additives. When my precious little bottle came from France endend, I searched a good successor and I found Alteya Organic Rose Water. For me, the best way to spot fake rose water (water perfumed with synthetic smell) before using it, is... to smell it. And what a pleasure to recognize the real pure smell of rose water in this Alteya bottle ! About the use and the results, whatever your precedent experiences with rose water, with this item you won't be disapointed. It rebalances and clarify your skin. I use it right after my shower, to eliminate limestone from my face and to avoid dryness. It lets my skin smoothed and delicately perfumed... A pleasure, I swear. I also use it in the morning, to rid my skin of night dirt and to refresh it. Works great. You'll see that the drain hole is very handy and permits to avoid losses of the precious liquid. I ordered the 17 oz one, and as you can see the packaging is very beautiful, and the bottle too. Could be a gift ! Wow, I have to say this rosewater is fantastic! I live in Houston, Texas- a place infamous for scorching summers and finicky weather- and through all the humidity and heat waves this has given my skin a little bit of sanctuary. I was skeptical at first but over the past several days I've noticed that my skin looks a lot clearer as well as more even and youthful (I'm only 21, but hey late nights get to you either way). Generally my skin is OK (some old acne scars here and there, and a couple of small bumps) but since I've started using this 1x in the morning, and then 1x in the evening I've noticed that my skin has started to have a nice glow to it.. I've also started using facial sunscreen recently and so far my efforts have proved to be effective- even a random lady at a bus stop commented on my complexion "You have such beautiful skin, like a baby!" Not only that but it smells lovely- like freshly cut roses :) I am thrilled :) I'm definitely going to be buying another bottle at this rate- only downside is the price, and the fact that the product goes pretty quickly when used with regular cotton rounds and quarter sized amount.

Rose water is my new necessity. I'm only sorry that I discovered it so late in life! My t-zone has always been an oily mess, and I get huge, painful adult cystic acne on my chin, which has only worsened with age. (I'm mid 40s, so very frustrating.) Six months ago I decided to try rose water on a whim. WOW. What a difference! Seriously! I can honestly say it has single-handedly transformed my skin, and the effect was almost immediate -- within two to three applications. I use it twice a day, morning and night, sweeping it over my skin with a cotton round. With my previous skin-cleaning regimen, my chin and forehead would become greasy after a few hours, and I would resort to using oil-blotting tissues in between. But now with the rose water, I rarely need to blot. I can sweep it across my face in the morning, and six hours later my skin is still matte and normal. It's remarkable. I tried Poppy Austin, but my concern is they can't confirm the product is organic. They say it is, but they can't prove certification. The Alteya rose water is certified organic by CERES Gmbh (German). Plus, Alteya actually grows and processes the rose groves themselves. This is not a situation of simply importing goods and slapping a label on it. When I researched and compared Alteya to Poppy Austin for business practices, Alteya came out leagues ahead. So I now buy my rose water through Alteya. (And it's twice the amount for less cost!) Because I'm older, I use a variety of different skin-care treatments like vitamin C serums, glycolic peel wipes, etc. My skin can react to these with increased greasiness. But it's okay. As long as I do the rose water at least twice a day, it counteracts any side effects of these other treatments, so I get the benefit of both. As I said above, my only regret with rose water is that I didn't try it 20 years ago. It's one of those "grandma" things that's easy to disregard. But really, it works.

I love this Alteya Bulgarian Rose Water! This is the first time I have ever used a Rose water so I want sure what to really expect from it! I try really hard to take care of my skin every since my 20's. I never wash my face with soap. I've only ever used Olive oil or coconut oil to clean my face and baking soda . The first time I used this Rose water I put it on the little sponages used for makeup which I cut in half. This after I cleansed with coconut oil as I always do and I was shocked at the dirt that was still on my face etc! But it must be the botintoicals in the rose water that does this special cleaning . My face is soft and feels truly clean. Makes me wonder how I have gone all these years without knowing about the wonderful magic of this Rose water! It just as they have said USDA ORGANIC . ENDORSED BY THE Bulgarian government. I'm sold on this, it smells wonderfully a light fresh rose scent! It is now one of my must have for my face care! Believe me I read reviews but rarely do reviews myself . For me to write a review I have to either be fighting mad over a bad product or totally blown out of the water! So yes this Bulgarian Rose Water has done just that, I am totally blown away by it!
