Sometimes two or three. But since I've started wearing this while running, I've had no such symptoms at all. None.It stays in place and is comfortable. Well, as comfortable as running in a mask can be. It does make breathing more difficult. But it is a filter that removes tiny, tiny particles. It doesn't filter as good obviously but for certain applications this is a much better alternative not as clunky.Ok now after some use I had to drop it...
