If magnesium citrate contains 16% elemental magnesium (which it does) and the pills are 1440mg magnesium citrate, how can it provide 444mg elemental?

I reported this to trading standards and the food standards agency. This company is using "buffered magnesium Citrate" which is a crafty way of saying they are mixing magnesium Citrate with the cheap and ineffective magnesium oxide to increase the magnesium %

How big are thw pills?

These vitamins are overly shaped in capsule, I find these easy to swallow with glass water.

Whats the difference between this and nu u magnesium citrate 200mg in white bottle?

Each capsule gives 222mg of magnesium citrate

I normally buy just the high strength 200 mg tablets but are the super strength any better or does it work out pretty much the same?

It depends on why you're taking them. I take them for cramp and restless legs and these capsules work much better than lower strenth ones. Hope that's helpful.
