Not that I’m aware of, but I suppose it depends how the accessory is configured

Will the power wire from the factory third light reach

Yes, it comes through the tailgate, the mount was for a much larger spare though, I had to remove the 3rd light mount via cutting it off because the new tire was too big..35 X 12.5

Can 37’s fits and anywhere can i mount some accessories brackets???

Not sure 100% on the 37s but I have room with my 35x12.50. Your rim offset is what is going to determine how well it will mount up along with the width of your tire. You might need an adapter off of it. Your concern would be the tire hitting the tailgate not allowing the rim to seat on the studs. Going back to your rim offset. For the price its a great deal and built well the powder coat is awesome. This has pulled out my tailgate door strap. There is no stop on the hinges. So the tire will swing as far as your taillight will allow it. So damage may occur. Im trying to come up with a solution for that.

I want to say yes I have 35x12.50 on there and I still have room. For the price you can't beat it even if its wrong.
