As expected they don’t provide as much thrust as my larger Mares but they are still better than my barefoot kick. As advertised they do float. I wear size13 shoes so I got the largest size and they work fine barefoot or with swim socks. I added swim socks after half a mile in the pool just to see the difference, barefoot was rubbing my right foot some but not intolerably. The swim socks made that go away.
