Simple Deluxe Air Pump with Adjustable Air Flow Outlets for Aquarium, Fish Tank and Hydroponic Systems

Workhorse. It's not quiet but not loud. It pushes a lot of air and runs a tad warm. Does what it should

These are unbelievable, compared to ordinary aquarium pumps you usually see, the pumps I was previously using were rated for 30-60 gallon tanks. These seem to move 10x the air. As some have mentioned, they're fairly loud, but so are NASCAR cars compared to your family car. I probably wouldn't want to use one in my living room or bedroom, but in the application I'm using it for, it's not an issue. 10 stars for my purpose, the water looks like it's boiling, and I only have 4 of the 6 outlets hooked up. High quality soft rubber hoses included, unlike the hard plastic usually supplied, very easy to get on and off fittings.

I love this pump because it helps me utilize the air stones I purchased fully. Great quality, it does produce some heat however it runs 24hrs a day for me with no issues. It’s durable and of great quality, a little loud I just placed it on top of a folded piece of fabric.

This pump is being used as an air assist supply for a K40 laser engraver. The amount of air is sufficient to promote clean engraving and prevent flare ups. The hose that is provided is quite flexible and thin, so kinking is possible. The manifold is nice, although it gets hot as does the pump. I didn't need all manifold outputs for my engraver, so I redirected some of the air back on to the pump to keep it cooler. Perhaps opening up all the outputs on the maifold would reduce the heat generated due to the increased pressure. In all, it works well for my intermittent use, however I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable leaving it unattended for long periods of time due to how warm it gets.

Air pump is great for our 55gal tank , also bought the next size up for our 125gl tank. The bigger one would run both if not across the living room. These pumps last about 12 months. This is our 3rd one we have purchased. The last one was still working but was very loud. So we replaced with a new one. Pumps do run very hot so keep in an area with some room around it.

I'm a retired mechanic so I know my way around any kind of machinery, that said I took apart the pump to check all fasteners and tolerances. All screws weren't even snug at best, I used powdered graphite for all moving part contact points and reassembled. When first plugged in I was impressed with the air flow but the noise was incredibly loud and my hearing is already compromised from 40yrs around heavy machinery, it was terrible. Despite the noise I thought I'd try it, what a epic fail it was at that. Within 3 hours in a 72F room with a fan blowing on it the pumped locked up from over heating. I sent the POS back and purchased a large "PONDFORSE" pump that runs like a true champion w/zero heat and minimal noise (just a couple more DB's over a Fluval Q2 pump). Couldn't be happier for it.

I ordered the pump to use on my aquariums for ease of use. It seemed to be a very powerful and efficient pump, which I tested for only about 5 mins, when i received it just to make sure the power and air flow worked. When I was ready I did my set up and all the necessary connections to my tanks, however the pump only stays on for about 20 minutes, it gets hot and shuts down. My window to return the pump has closed because I did not use the pump within close proximity of receiving it. I'm a bit disappointed cause now I'm back to square one.

Runs great. Excellent air flow. Not as loud as most of the other pumps I run. Doesnt get as hot as some review's suggest but Im running it unrestricted. I cant say if it gets hot when restricting it by closing ports on the manifold. Most pumps of this design do. My only complaint is the manifold does not adjust as much as others Ive used but because I run it unrestricted its not a big deal for me. Just mentioning it for others who need to fine tune the airflow. All in All Im very impressed for the price. Now lets see how long it lasts.

Just like other Australian reviewers, pump burned out after 5 minutes of use. To the seller: PLEASE update your listing to reflect this is a 110V pump! I only discovered this AFTER it started spitting out smoke. I really wish I checked the markings before I plugged it in. This pump to work in Aussie market also needs a 240V -> 110V transformer.

I have reviewed with below review and sadly Amazon couldnt be bothered to even contact me back about this purchase. So at this point due to incredibly bad customer service and rubbish after care for an expensive and useless pump, id say to anyone looking at DO NOT BUY, OTHERWISE YOULL LOSE MONEY AND AMAZON WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I have gone to install today and to my horror the pump blows white smoke into my tank and air i have had to remove as motor gets incredibly hot like there is fault with the unit my return window has past and so unable to return complete waste of money

Yo compré esta bomba para mi máquina laser, no para pecera. Por lo que mi opinión es solo por si estás buscando algo como esto para máquina laser. Evidentemente mis cortes mejoraron. Sigo usando dos pasadas en cortar, pero es 100% seguro que a la segunda pasada mi laser corta excelente. Incluso cuando el laser está recién limpio, corta el mdf a la primera gracias a la bomba. En mi caso corto a 300mm/s a 80% de potencia, o a 287mm/s a 80% de potencia. Otra ventaja es que al usar aire el lente del laser no se ensucia tan rápido, por lo que aguanta muchos proyectos cortando antes de limpiar el lente nuevamente. Recomiendo que no se use el adaptador de varias salidas, ya que esto reduce considerablemente la presión del aire, y para el laser se nota mucho. Repito, esto es solo para los que usamos esta bomba para corte láser. Podría necesitar mas presión y tener un mejor desempeño en mis cortes, pero por lo pronto con esta bomba me va muy bien. Ojo, tienes que comprar la de 58W, para que te quede excelente.

Had been looking forward to running ALL my airstones from one pump. I'd should of known that it wasn't going to work!!! Set it all up as per instructions, plugged it in, after ONLY 5mins started to smoke then stopped working ,blew up and tripped my safety switch. GOOD ON YER CHINA!!!!!
