Then I filled the bathtub (with water and oxy detergent to neutralize the skunk smell), rotated them several times over multiple hours... lifted them over a metal stand laid in it tub, squished out the excess water as best I could, repeated the process again, then a 3rd time for the rinse, making sure to squish out as much water as possible... then sat them over fans blowing underneath them for two days and I rotated the pillows multiple times. They smelled totally fresh and felt the same as new! (It was a hassle nonetheless. I don’t like pillows where my head sinks too far and feels like it’s drowning, and these are perfect. They’re stuffed to the max with tiny memory foam pieces that gently support your head. Your head sinks slightly, then stops comfortably. The firmness is fully adjustable. I had to remove some foam to get my ideal feel, but it’s better to have too much than too little.
