Her demonstrated photograph does not seem to be serious face, having humor like lovely many Americans, but showed very kindly put the advices to remove practitioners mind block and encourage the challenge mind. I like the tecsture of papers, prints inc, I appreciate Kino is woman, English speakers, Eastward American. But Ashtanga yoga demands me 99 present practice and 1persen't theory so for intermediate bigginers like me, I recommend to meet her DVD and in my case I cannot find the good teacher around me because here is rural area, so trust my inner boby voice and her voice guidance in addition the dvd's practitioner's body movement, I try to absorb advanced body movement, imitate their ways and repeat my self practice. I am 30 years old and three year experience for my practice, many obstacles try to pull the value of ashtanga yoga, and my dedication for practice. But I am lucky to follow this path. Kino is very trustable one of the ashtanga yoga teacher as a woman in this era. Thank you so much.
