Q: How do I order another canopy set?

Q: How easy is it to take down for inclement weather—especially if it is bolted to a cement deck? Can you take off just the canopy quickly?

It is not very easy to take the canopy off. Probably 30 minutes to an hour depending on help available and how nimble you are. I have had mine up for over a year in all types of inclement weather including 75 mph winds that took down a number of tree limbs. My gazebo is anchored to the patio with concrete screws. The only damage it sustained was from a tree limb that hit it. If the canopy wears out I can either make a new one or just order a new gazebo. For what this product costs, I wouldn't expect it to last more than two or three years.

Q: If there are no replacement canopy's for this 10 X 13, isn' it worthless? Why take the time to setup a frame when you can not get a replacement canopy

The company itself sent me a replacement canopy beings that it tore the first time we put it up, maybe contact them? This is customer service I believe or someone that can at least help?
