I am looking for a smaller genuine leather backpack without drawstrings. I am very impressed with the quality because I honestly set my expectation low on this item because it's a unrecognizable brand made in China and the price. I am wrong to judge!! It's quite nice and just the right size I am looking for. It's a great fashionable replacement for a purse for the days I'm not in mood to carry the purse by my arm or shoulder. The style is classic and timeless, which will never go out of style. The zippers are gliding smooth with opening and closing with no jams. Keep in mind there's faux leather for the shoulder straps and on the inner top handle loop. The outer top handle loop have genuine leather. The rest are genuine leather.

I was very weary of buying a leather purse online because of the many misleading descriptions of PU Leather (Polyurethane). Along with peoples reviews of there purses turning out to be fake leather. Needless to say I ended up buying a fake leather backpack purse and I really wanted to like it, I wore it around for a few weeks... but the fake leather stands out to me being use to nice leather all my life. When the straps started to split I returned it. I spent hours looking on Amazon for the right purse made of leather that wasn’t a outrageous price. Finally purchased this one, when I held the box it was heavy. First good sign! I opened it up and was so happy! It’s more cute in person then the pics portray. Plus the color is better looking than the photos! The inside has wonderful amount of organization/ pockets!!! Amazing backpack purse with a great price!!! I might buy another in the flap style and a different color.

I love this backpack. I spent a couple of weeks looking for a fashionable, real leather backpack... I wasn't happy with anything I was finding. Either the leather was too stiff or the bag wasn't special enough to justify the >$100 price tag. So, I was apprehensive about buying this, but read the reviews and took a chance. The color was exactly as shown and the leather is soft and supple. The lining seems to be of good quality vinyl and the seams are stitched well. I'm super hard on handbags, so this is important to me.I took the backpack on a girls trip to Chicago and it was perfect. It fit the things I needed: iPad, 2 Phones, a water bottle and a small makeup bag. I was able to switch things out and put my DSLR camera and one lens in for a architecture tour. It does not fit a laptop, but I'm ok with that as I have a nice laptop sleeve that I can carry separately. I thought I would want to switch back to my shoulder bag when I returned from my trip, but I have continued to use the backpack along with my separate laptop bag.Overall this is a great bag. I hope it holds up!

I have used this on vacations and I can even fit a laptop or iPad in it with my personal stuff. It is not huge but large enough for a 'full' purse plus electronic. The two inside open pouches are small and my iPhone falls out into main area. But smaller items like keys seem to stay in. I do keep a large wallet, make up bag, check boot etc. and glass case so I keep it kind of full and sometimes it's hard to dig around in it because the zippers don't go all the way down on either side. But that is a good thing for a Purse! If like a regular pack zippers it would be 'too open' and Don't want everything spilling out... The outside lower zipper section holds a good bit too and isn't bulky. Straps adjust well for me and I am short 5'1", but probably would fit average and tall person too. It's good size and It is well designed. I have used it for a few weeks at a time when traveling a few times a year, but recently have been using it as my only purse daily for past 6 months and it is still holding up and looks new. I am pleased with the quality and style and an excellent value for the approx. $69 I paid! I have even had a couple people ask me where I got it when I was traveling. Love it!

Beautifully made book bag/backpack. The leather is luscious yet sturdy. The straps are very comfortable and are adjustable.I have only one criticism but it is a major factor in why I am only giving this product 4 stars.....the pockets (2 with zippers) are just too shallow.The front flap pockets (where I would want to hold my cell phone) is not deep enough to accommodate a phone.There is no pen or pencil pocket.A major flaw for something advertised as a book bag. I had to carry my passport separately. I love this bag....just wish it were more utilitarian.

Phenomenal bag. It’s a gorgeous bag and a workhorse. I had my iPad mini my 13 inch laptop, swell water bottle, quest bar, assorted pens/markers, lotion, hand sanitizer, a small notepad, mini totes umbrella, lipstick, blotting sheets, ear buds, charger and cable for phone and mini iPad, iPhone 7+ and wallet case, keys, 4 file folders with about 5-7 sheets of paper in them, blotting powder compact, knife, and more. It manages to hold everything I need and then some while staying small and light weight. I heard “gimme that bag!l or “you can leave that bag with me when you are done with it” or just plain old “I love your purse” or “that bag is hot”. I wear it to work everyday then took it on a road trip. The straps are reinforced and is real leather. The quality is OUTSTANDING!!! I will go back to the bag for many years and plan to shop other bags from this maker. The brown leather is soooooo gorg! I went to Nordstrom and they had absolute crap bags for similar size and worse materials for 200-300 bucks.
