Is this guy blue enough for a little boy? Or is it more pink?

Hello there! Thank you for your question! This bunny is muliticolored. if this little boy is okay with a multicolored bunny then it would work. Hope this helps.

Is this measured from ears to feet or head to feet? I know it says 15” but I’m trying to get a better idea of how big it is, thank you

My review has the exact sizing in there. Don't remember from the top of my head but try to look it up :)

Does this have sewn eyes or button eyes?

It has button eyes. I bought it for my infant granddaughter and wish it had sewn eyes.

Does this have a squeaker like a dog toy?

Thistle Rabbit is a plush, there is no squeaker.
