The hair was soft, which was probably the only good thing about this product! I chose the 18 inch and it was the length of a bob. The color was not black, it was more of a dark brown. I already knew something was off when I picked up the package and realized how light it was, there was no weight to it. When I opened it I realized it was because the hair was not think whatsoever. I had high hopes due to all the positive reviews and ratings, however this wig is a big let down. It's garbage and the seller should be ashamed of themselves.Revised 11/9/19The seller contacted me and offered to send me a new wig free of charge due to my prior disappointment. I was initially reluctant however after much consideration I agreed. The new wig came shortly after. The hair was soft. It was true to length and this time much fuller.
