I suffered big time with menopause symptoms and because of past health reasons, i cannot take anything hormonal. I was on so many different pills that my doctor wanted me to try to get relief. However, based on what the company says as statistics of relief with this product I too experienced the positive effects. On my first dose, I noticed a difference the very next day with less hot flashes. As the days and weeks continued I was feeling a huge relief from hot flashes and night sweats and they continued to diminish. My first month was good and most of the 2nd month was pretty good. Seemed for whatever reason the hot flashes increased just a bit but I continued to take the product and after several more weeks, the hot flashes and night sweats completely disappeared before I started my 3rd bottle. The hot flashes were as many as 8 a day and as frequent as every hour. Night sweats were 2-4 times every night each lasting several hours each time. In addition, I have noticed that my nails are growing so much faster now than before. The company offers a free app to keep track of the symptoms and frequency. I have downloaded the app but have not used it as of yet. I've been taking the Menofit probiotic for almost 3 weeks now. I got it to help with symptoms after being on chemo for a long time as well as being in surgical menopause (I'm 29). Within the first week I noticed a decrease in bloating and GI problems and a reduction in hot flashes. The most amazing thing however has been how much it has helped with my mood swings and depression. I can't say that it will do that for everyone but it has helped me some and I am thrilled. The only negatives are that I have not seen any weight loss and also I had to cut back from 2 to 1 pill and take it at night because I was feeling weak and having additional brain fog. Reducing the dose and taking it at night seems to help with that. I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes in the next few weeks and months.

I am 6 years post-menopausal, and was still suffering hot flashes, mood swings, joint pain, hair loss, acne (with skin redness and slow healing), headaches, nausea, and astonishing weight gain. This is the only supplement I take, so I feel confident in saying that the improvements I am seeing are due to taking it. Give it a try, because it may work for you, too.

I took Menofit for almost 5 months. At first taking it made me feel nauseous, dizzy and upset my digestive system but I kept taking it in hopes that my body would get used to it. I did get used to it and I did feel some relief or so I thought. Then I began having increased migraine attacks, it went from one every few months to one a week and then it was everyday. I began to be dizzy and have trouble with balance. Then I almost fainted and called my doctor. After a normal EKG, MRI and blood panel, while waiting to schedule a consult with a neurologist, I went back and read the reviews on Amazon about Menofit. Sure enough, many of my symptoms were also experienced by others taking Menofit. I stopped taking it immediately, within 24 hours my headache was gone, my digestion was calm, dizziness was gone and I began to feel better. Upon further research into the ingredients, I found that there were several ingredients that were contraindicated for taking together. In addition, many of the ingredients side effects were headaches, dizzyness and fainting. My doctor knew I was taking this supplement but never asked me what the ingredients were and never suspected it was the supplement. After many costly tests, I have learned a valuable lesson about supplements and advocating for my own health. Please talk to your doctor about supplement ingredients and do your research if you are having symptoms.

My period use to be like clockwork; coming every month, until November 2, 2021. It suddenly stopped and as quickly as it stopped, I started getting terrible hot flashes. I would get them throughout the day and at least, 5 times a night; sweating and having to kick the covers off. Some would last 1/2 hour. Then I would get cold, pile all the covers back on, and then it would happen again. I searched the internet, in hopes of finding a natural solution, and that's when I came across Menofit. I took the 2 pills in the morning as directed and about 4 to 5 hours after, my hot flashes stopped! I was so excited, because it said not to expect results until after taking for at least a month. However, the next day they came back. After about a week, I noticed they weren't as bad. Especially in the night. I still wake up, but only once or twice and during the day, they aren't as often or intense, but I still get them. That is why I gave Menofit 3 stars, but to be fair, I want to follow through and give it a month, as directed to get the full results. I am hoping my hot flashes will, at least stop in the night and allow me to sleep completely through, as I never had a problem sleeping, until my period stopped. I am 52, which I have been told is late to start menopause. So, maybe I am just taking a bit longer to get the full effects of Menofit. I hope I can give it 5 stars, once I finish the bottle.

La tela se siente muy buena, suave al tacto y con una caída hermosa que hace que el vestido se vea elegante cuando uno se lo pone. I haven’t been taking this for a month so that’s why it’s not 5 stars……yet. My hot flashes and night sweats are out of control, approximately every 30 minutes I’m flashing and sweating, and I’m noticing this happening a little less. I am hoping this is just the beginning and they continue to digress. I haven’t noticed much of a difference in my anxiety yet, but I haven’t even taken it a month and it says to take it for 2 months for full results. I’m not taking this as a weight loss pill so I haven’t been stepping on a scale, however, if I happen lose a few pounds during this process I won’t be upset about it. I have taken other menopause pills before this one and they have worked for a few months then stop working so I’m really hoping this will work long term. I appreciate that they have an app that helps me track what my body is doing every day and to help me recognize triggers. This whole menopause thing sucks and all I want is to feel like myself again. I’ll keep you updated after I take it for a few more weeks because us menopausal women need to support and help each other out whenever we can! **UPDATE I have now completed one month and I have changed my 4 stars to 5. Staying on track with taking these every day has made a huge impact on all of the unpleasant menopause symptoms. I now have only a few hot flashes during the day and they are way less aggressive, I don’t even flush or sweat when they happen. I realized that my anxiety symptoms were intertwined with the hot flashes so once those basically went away, so did my anxiety. I am also sleeping way better at night because I don’t wake up every hour to hot flashes and night sweats….I don’t get them anymore! Since I’m sleeping better this also helped with the nighttime anxiety feelings because I’m dreaming instead of sweating and panicking. I also feel less bloated, which is always a great feeling. I don’t know if I've lost any weight, but my clothes haven’t gotten any tighter and at this point in the game, I’ll take that as a win. If this price point seems high to you, like it did to me, ask yourself how much you’d pay to feel more like yourself again. If you ask me, it’s worth every dang penny.
