Do you really Need it?!
If your eye doctor did not recommend this supplement to actually help "restore" your vision, you shoud not take it! I've been taking it regularly for a couple of years, and honestly, even WITH my doctor's recommendation, I really don't see any difference...

They are softgels
Received it in a timely manner, packing was nice, quality is good and quantity is good for the price. I really like that you only have to take 1 instead of 2 like most other vitamins.
