The texture is both soft and crunchy, cabbage sliced in thicker strands. It smells as good as it tastes (love the fennel), the ingredients are clean. Digestion feels wonderful after eating this so I would say a very healthy and delicious product to use as a snack or starter.

I’ve bought from this company since their first start up. Their original sauerkraut was more sour which we liked but this is also very tasty. It is nice they now ferment different mixes. It’s expensive to buy but we are supposed to eat just a small amount anyway so a jar lasts a while and it is a lovely flavour. I would recommend this raw sauerkraut for flavour and quality!
