Is this Product Not Biodigradable?

Although this product does not specify that it is biodegradable, you can read the ingredients and see that it's very natural. There or no micro beads, which I know are not biodegradable.

What is the pH level of this cleanser? It claims to maintain the skin's natural acid mantle, but how close is it to the skin's natural pH?

The ph is around 5.5 or lower. I emailed to ask and they stated that their shampoos are lower at 4 and that all face washes and creams are 5.5 or lower to maintain the acid mantle.

What causes the foamy lather in this soap? Is the foaming agent natural?

I see "lauryl glucoside (vegetable derived), decyl glucoside (sugar soap)" in the ingredients. Both of those create lather but they are fairly gentle. You can look them up on the EWG website.

does this help fade dark spots?

I used Acure cleansing cream, not the gel, and it does not fade dark spots. It is a gentle cleansing product for sensitive skin.
