Just what I wanted. I have an air fryer which actually does a better job of deep heat cooking with a stronger fan, But it has some kind of no stick coating that is related to teflon, they never tell you what the heck it is... but it stinks when I use it, so I always keep it out in the garage to use. This little toaster oven is all metal, so past the initial paint/ oil burn off, it doesnt give off weird fumes!! And so nice and small. Great product, easy to use!

I wondered why this one cost so much compared to the last version, which looks identical to this one. The answer: 1. The last version could not control the temperature very well, especially in air-fry mode. So many things got burned because the broiler would stay on to long. 2. This version has much better temperature control. the air-fry is especially good. It cycles on and off and does not go to max temp like the last one. Overall, worth every penny, GET ONE!!

Got this to replace dead convection toaster , was intrigued by the air fryer option. So: heats quickly, good size, looks ok, toaster setting works well for its needs. Haven’t tried baking yet. BUT on the air frying..you CAN choose the function (air fryer mode) and use the timer, BUT you cannot vary the temperature (what if you need to air fry at 375 or some other temp in a recipe? As far as I can tell, you must modify your recipe,every time manually. E.g., your squash wants 375 for 20 min, but you can only air fry around 425 degrees....so, you must figure out how to,shorten the time to make up for the fryer not having adjustable temp. It DOES flame out if some grease on a crumb falls, but doesn’t have an auto shut off for that..you must unplug and leave oven closed’ and it is up to fate as to how the food comes out. it gets very hot to the touch. Made fried asparagus..marvelous, brown and crunchy; frozen French fries not very impressive . Fine as just a toaster, tho.

I had purchased a Black and Decker Toaster Oven/Air Fryer in 2021 and loved it! We used it constantly. Unfortunately, it quit working a few months ago, so I replaced it with this one. I’m very disappointed with this newer model. It is smaller, but that’s not the problem. This oven has only one burner on the top and one on the bottom. The previous oven had 2 burners on the top and bottom. These single burners cause very uneven cooking. Toast needs to be moved around if you want the bread to be evenly toasted. Any items in the basket must be moved around to ensure even cooking. I have been a huge fan of Black+Decker kitchen appliances for decades as the products have always been well made and last longer than similar products from other manufacturers. This oven has been a big disappointment.

Very compact toaster oven. I needed to replace my old one and didn’t want it to take up a lot of counter space. I’ve used the air fryer feature and it crisped up some egg rolls quite nicely.

It worked fine from the end of November 2025, until last week, 7/20/26. I had used it to heat up something on bake and shut it off after 15 minutes. The next morning it apparently turned on over night and was bright red hot. I tried to shut it off and couldn’t, so I pulled the plug. I’m fortunate it didn’t burn down the building. I’ve spent about an hour and a half filling out forms and “chatting “ with Assurion insurance, only to finally be shunted off to the Manufacturer, Black and Decker. After another hour and a half of forms and an actual phone conversation, Black and Decker Customer Service told me that this particular product isn’t handled by BD! I was now to contact Spectrum Brands. I gave up and contacted Amazon which is now handling Assurion and BD, and is reimbursing me for all expenses, including the WORTHLESS Assurion policy.( Since then 2 friends have also reiterated that Assurion is worthless). Black and Decker was not any help at all either and just wasted more time and energy. Their 2 year Warranty was worthless. No more dealing with BD either.

I have a similar toaster oven that I use at home (another brand) but I wanted a new one for an upcoming road trip. This is the only one on amazon that could be delivered overnight! Easy to use and glad it worked, as I just took it, box and all, on the trip. It is used when traveling, mainly to heat up already cooked food but I have since actually cooked food as well. Didn't realize it was also an air-fryer. Haven't tried that function yet. Overall, perfect size, good value. Recommend!

I'm afraid of it the toaster part which use more than any other part and it gets too hot the toast burns no matter how low I set it but put a frozen pizza on it and leaves the inside gummy and the crust hard
