### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Calm and focus in stressful situations

I started taking L-theanine after hearing that it could help with calm focus without making you sleepy. I was honestly skeptical at first because a lot of supplements claim to do that, but I decided to try it in situations where I tend to get mentally overwhelmed or anxious, especially during difficult work conversations or meetings. What surprised me the most is that it didn’t make me feel sedated at all. Instead, it felt like it lowered the background stress and mental noise so I could think more clearly. I noticed that my thoughts stayed more organized and I didn’t feel the usual rush of anxiety when I had to handle an uncomfortable conversation with an employee at work. Normally I would overthink what I’m saying or talk too quickly, but after taking it I felt much more composed and able to stay present in the conversation. Another thing I noticed is that it helped with focus in a subtle way. My brain had fewer distractions competing for attention, which made it easier to stay on one task for longer. I also didn’t experience any drowsiness from it. In fact, after taking it in the afternoon one day before a stressful meeting, I ended up staying focused and getting a few hours of work done afterward without feeling tired. Overall I’d describe the effect as calm clarity. It seems especially useful for situations where stress or racing thoughts normally get in the way of thinking clearly. For anyone looking for something to help take the edge off anxiety while still staying mentally sharp, this has been a really helpful supplement for me.
