This thing sucks. It will not fit the tourniquet. The only way to get it to fit is to bend it and I don’t want to do that. This taco pouch should be about two inches longer.

As a dedicated TQ pouch, this works pretty much as advertised, it'll hold any CAT-style TQ perfectly fine, notably, the top strap isn't elastic, so you will have to find a way to stage your TQ that allows it to be functional upon withdrawl but more compact than normal. Also has enough space for a standard sized permanent marker if you happen to be unable to fit it anywhere else, tension is adjustable with the shock-cord woven into the loops and is fairly easy to accomplish, it's small and will fit fine on any plate carrier or compatible belt.Overall, I simply wish it was cheaper, almost 40 bucks for a TQ pouch seems excessive, but you're getting something that works and will last at the least.

First off, EVERYONE needs a tourniquet. You never know when you’ll be the unintentional first responder…..If you angle the windlass just like in the picture, a SOF-T WIDE fits perfect. I’m sure a C-A-T will too. Tourniquet fits snug and the taco assists with removal of tourniquet when you pull on the flap. “I like it a lot.”(Forrest Gump voice)

Big fan of HSG and I have never been disappointed with a HSG product, IMHO they make some of the best products in field. I’ve used many different pouches over the past and this is by far my favorite..nothing cheap or flimsy and the fit is perfect..HSG is a bit pricey..you get what you pay for

It’s hsgi you know it’s going to be good.The holder is very sturdy and slick looking, it holder the tq well and you can remove the “tq patch” and change it for a blood type or other patch if you would like.

I have several other HSGI pouches and wanted to get a better pouch for my issued TQ. The color matches my issued navy Point Blank vest well. One of the best features of this pouch is that when pulling up on the closure strap it will help eject the TQ. Stitching and product quality is top notch as usual for HSGI.

Great quality, but does not fit CAT tourniquet. At least not how the CAT tourniquet is supposed to be stored. If you have a smaller tourniquet, then I highly recommend.
