Re cal/mag 1:1; if i take one capsule, the calcium and magnesium are 100 mg each?

The directions say to take 2 capsules a day, and the label says 200 mg. calcium /200 mg. magnesium. I take my 2 capsules at night before I go to bed. My Primary Care doctor suggested this due to the fact that I was having HORRIBLE leg cramps at night. I will keep taking these because I am NOT having leg cramps anymore, I sleep better, and I feel better in general!! The capsules are small & easy to swallow too. I definitely recommend this product!

How big is the capsule?

They are actually larger than I thought they would be. I have a hard time with large pills and this was an initial concern for me, these aren't too bad though because they are coated. I find the capsules easier to swallow than tablets or caplets. I have also opened them and sprinkled things like cottage cheese when I had sore throats and didn't want to try and swallow them.

Is this product yeast free?

My Dr prescribed and I need yeast free so I believe YES they are. I have not been taking this brand recently do not have a container to check

I’m assuming it is . The bottle says vegetarian capsules and ingredient list says calcium , magnesium, cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate . I can’t have dairy and it didn’t bother me .
