It looks gorgeous online, but it comes by USPS and was crushed and folded in a plastic shipping bag. I was very disappointed since it looks like it could have been a beautiful hat, but not the quality displayed in the picture. Not sure if it can be stuffed to fix the crushed top of hat. Will try to fill with tissue paper for a few days and see if that helps. If not, will send back.Ok, two days later. Stuffed crown of the hat overnight and the hat is beautiful.
