MUST HAVE!! Used on LVP flooring
I cannot recommend this product more. I purchased the "ONE S3" model and I love it. The shipping was so fast, since Sunday I have used this at least four times. We have 3 large (indoor) dogs, and a toddler who usually ends up with food on the floor, so this has been an absolute game changer. I have been looking for one for months and the ones that I have wanted and have great reviews all end up being way more than I wanted to spend (including this one). You are getting what you pay for and I would say MORE. The actual quality is seriously better than our Dyson vacuum, which was almost double and only vacuums. This is extremely easy to use, I did not even have to read instructions. It does have a "voice" that will tell you what you need to do. Ex. empty the dirty water tank. Almost all of our floors are LVP besides the bedrooms, which are carpet. So over 2,000 is LVP and so S3 has been such a great buy. My only regret is I did not buy it sooner. I actually asked on Facebook for recommendations and this brand overall was the reoccurring name. It maneuvers well but my model does not lay flat, that was not a deal breaker for me and honestly has been just fine. Out flooring is a grey/brown color but cooler tones so dirt hides well but you can feel that the floor is not clean when barefoot. I knew the floors would not be great but know seeing what they should feel like and look like (especially when the sun shines across them) it is amazing. There is not "sticky" residue left behind and you can see the path you took with the vacuum too. It is not bulky so it would not be hard to find a spot for it. The battery only lasts for about 30 minutes depending on the mode you select. At first I was concerned with the amount I needed to do and doing it with one charge. It is almost perfect. I have used it to pick up food after supper with my toddler (GAME CHANGER!!). If you are concerned about the price, I get it but this is one GREAT investment and well worth every penny!

It's Time You Upgraded your Swiffer Sweeper & Enter the Adult 2.0 League of Cleanliness
Damn, can we just appreciate some cleaning tool technology feats here? It's a wet mop & vacuum that's perfect for hardwood floors...& it's cordless! AMAZING. If the thought of a really clean kitchen floor turns you on, buy this vacuum. But look, I get it. This thing is pricey, especially if you're a millennial with a somewhat decent paying job & student loans to pay off. Why spend your hard-earned cash on a vacuum/mop combo when a Swiffer Sweeper Wetjet seems like it should be good enough? For those who are fortunate enough to have disposable income they haven't YOLO'd into GME, it's time for you to upgrade from that Swiffer to a Tineco. It'll change your life & you will have absolutely NO RAGRATS. Clean-up is so easy with this bad boy. It's sleek, lightweight, & astonishingly easy to use & clean. Yes, you have to clean the cleaning tool. Welcome to adulthood, don't be lazy, it's necessary to maintain the integrity of the vacuum. This is the perfect tool for apartments or houses with hardwood or tiled floors. However, I will say that while this vacuum is fantastic at cleaning & sucking up things in open spaces, it fails to suction up debris near edges or walls. The suction isn't powerful enough (even on max) to grab things right near a wall. My recommendation is to sweep any spilled messes to the middle of the floor & then go HAM. If you spill soil from your plants, that won't be a problem to suction up, but if you try to suction up foliage--such as palm leaves or dead leaves--just don't. Sweep those things up, y'all--they're not meant to be vacuumed. Other than that, it's a 10/10 would recommend. If you're deciding between a Dyson or this Tineco, you're comparing different tools for different jobs. Think about what you really need to clean (kitchen where there's wet things or carpet, stairs, & mostly dry yuckies) & then make a decision. This vacuum/mop combo is fantastic for kitchen, bathroom, & living room cleanups. This doesn't mean it's not good for suctioning up dry mess, it just means you shouldn't be using it on carpets because the roller brush will just spread dirt all over it. The autoclean mechanic works great, making clean up a breeze. Dump out the dirty water tank in your sink & bin the chunkier debris. The battery charges pretty quickly & you get a solid battery life before it dies. If you're spending more than 35 minutes vacuuming, your house is either way too filthy or just way too enormous (must be nice). As a wet vacuum, this is one of the best cleaning tools to have in your arsenal & it is a DELIGHT to use. The suction is so powerful that it practically drives itself (again, with the exception of edges). Dried spills easily come away when you roll over them SLOWLY a few times. If you have a lot of carpet in the house or rugs or you need to clean a lot of stairs & this is your main concern, go with a Dyson. They're the best vacuums on the market with the best suction & you can convert them into a smaller handheld vacuum to get those hard-to-reach spots & stairs. Overall, I wouldn't go so far as to say that this product will replace any vacuum you have, especially if your vacuum has the ability to be converted to a smaller unit to grab small messes, but it will replace your mop! Upgrade your crappy mop, y'all. It's time you got a Tineco.

Wet Dry Vacuum great concept. Tineco S3 as your Wet Dry Vacuum may be not.
Thisis a long time review. I purchased this machine in Mar 2023. So I have used it for over three and half years now. TL; DR: Wet Dry Vacumm concept is excellent and if you have not tries it you must as it takes less effort to vacuum and them mop the floors. Review on Tineco S3: As i said earlier the wet dry vacuum concept is excellent but I this machine has its problems. In the three and half years of ownership I have had this die on me 4 times. Two times within the 2 year warrenty and 2 times after the warrenty period has expired. Like many here have said that the machine starts and stops within seconds. I have had the same issue all four times. And yes, all 4 times I had to send the machine back to them to fix. First two fixes were in warrenty so i did not have to pay for it. Third one costed me $115 (106 + 9 tax) out of pocket to fix it. And within 5 months of getting it fixed it broke again for the forth time. Now they want $115 again. So now instead on paying this I have decided to try another wet dry vacuum. Like many of the positive reviews I loved this machine. I still do. But this is a long time use review, and not just a review after first few months of use.

Spectacular at cleaning your hard floors in a very short amount of time
This TINECO Floor One S3 Cordless Hardwood Floor Cleaner is spectacular at cleaning your hard floors in a very short amount of time but if you have pets or people that shed a lot of hair, it's not quite as quick and easy. (Also note that this is for hard floors only. It is not for vacuuming carpeting or rugs.) So basically, this is a floor machine that vacuums and scrubs your hard floors simultaneously, sucking up the dirty water and leaving your floors super clean. The floors dry so quickly, I wondered if it was a steam cleaner, too, but it's not. It just vacuums up the dirty water so well that there is very little left on the floor. And wow, the water in the dirty water tank is filthy! It also has a stand that also serves as a charging dock. It has easily changeable brush rollers and filters. The dirty water tank is easy to remove and clean. There is even a self cleaning cycle that cleans the brush roller very well. Basically, you only clean manually the dirty water tank and the area where the brush roller is installed and the HEPA filter, which takes very little time. It's a quality, well built, machine but the manual leaves a bit to be desired for such an expensive machine. For example, it comes with an extra roller and HEPA filter, which I assumed were to be used when the installed ones wore out. The manual doesn't really make it clear. Also, there are two accessory holders but it doesn't say where they go. (They attach to the sides of the charging stand.) The machine speaks to you - giving you status reports on the charging status, telling you when to run the self cleaning cycle, when to refill the clean water tank, when to empty the dirty water tank, etc. This is actually pretty great. And it's extremely gratifying to see how dirty the water is after cleaning. Best of all, it's super quiet and maneuvers very well. I am currently living in an apartment with mostly hard flooring and I can use this machine at night without worries of disturbing any neighbors. I was upset at first when it told me to start the self cleaning cycle after only about 10 minutes of floor cleaning. And then, I saw that the HEPA filter must be fully dry before reinstalling it in the machine after rinsing it as directed. It says the same thing about the roller brush. Then I realized THAT'S why you get an extra set included in the box! Next, I realized that hair is what clogs the dirty water tank and gets stuck on the roller brush, prompting the self cleaning cycle. I have a household that includes a couple of dogs that shed a lot and several people with very long hair. So for me, doing a quick once over with a dust mop before using this machine works much better. Less hair means I can clean the floors for much longer before I have to clean the tank and the brush roller. If you don't have pet fur or a lot of human hair to deal with, you can skip the dust mopping but if you do have pets, be ready to stop a lot unless you use this machine almost every day to keep the hair and fur to a minimum. I also ordered 2 more HEPA filters and 2 more roller brushes so I can clean the entire apartment. It comes with a cleaning concentrate (which is awesome, BTW) but you can also clean with plain water. I have some unusual cleaning challenges. We had a house fire so we are living in an apartment until the house is repaired. We are working in the sooty house daily and come home covered in soot. I also have a broken wrist that is in a cast. Despite the hair challenges, this machine does an amazing job of cleaning up after us and I can manage it easily one handed. Although the owner's manual isn't the best, you will get the hang of it after using it a little and it's truly excellent. I will update if I have issues in the future but so far, I am very pleased with how well this works. UPDATE: I am now in love with this machine and cannot imagine life without it. My oldest dog is 18 and failing fast. We take her out in a doggy stroller because it is too far for her to walk and the other day, she had a pee accident in the hallway and elevator before I saw it. Tineco Floor One S3 to the rescue. I was able to clean the hallway and elevator floor quickly and easily. Have just ordered more cleaning solution because a) it's really good stuff and b) it will void your warranty if you use another brand. 2nd UPDATE: I am still in love with this machine. My floors have never looked better and it's so quick and easy to clean up a sudden mess. Once you get used to cleaning the dirty water tank and refilling the clean water/cleaning solution tank a couple of times if you are cleaning ALL of your floors, it still saves you so much time and is much easier than even a swiffer and the floors are left very, very clean. Do learn from my mistake, though. Don't leave dirty water in the dirty water tank overnight - rinse it out right away after you are done cleaning. If you leave it overnight (or longer), the plastic tank will pick up a gross smell. If that happens, you need to clean it out and then let it sit with a bleach and water solution inside the tank for a day and then, maybe even let it sit out in the sun for a couple of hours to get rid of the smell. This won't happen if you clean out the tank right after you finish using it or after a self-cleaning cycle has been run. The machine will tell you to do this so listen to it.

It's 100% worth the money
I waited a couple months before writing my review because I wanted it to be fair. I'll address some of the other common comments first: Yes, the tanks are small. It's a small vacuum. If you want a bigger tank, get a bigger vacuum. There's photos & a description that says 0.6 Liters. If you buy this expecting a bigger tank, that's on you. Yes, you have to clean it after every use. I assumed most people clean their vacuums after using them, so I'm not sure why this is a big deal for some. It has a self-cleaning button. Hit that, let it run, then empty everything. It takes less than 5 minutes to clean it properly. It's not a deal-breaker. It's not "exhausting". It also doesn't take longer to clean the machine than it takes to clean the floor. That's a bit dramatic. My review: The battery life is great. I can do my entire downstairs, roughly 1200 sq ft, on one charge. It says the run time is 35 minutes but it's at least an hour on a full charge. I do have to refill my clean tank a few times, which isn't a big deal. I empty the dirty tank maybe twice, then do self-cleaning & clean everything really well before putting it back together. It doesn't leave streaks. We have hardwood and vinyl flooring and it works great on both. It picks up everything with 1-2 passes. Dried mud from the dogs gets 2 passes. Someone said dog drool takes 5-6 passes...if that's the case you're probably not using it right. My only complaint: it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards. There's about an inch gap between the vacuum and baseboard. I have to get my regular mop & go around the edges of the room. It's not a deal-breaker for me. I only use the Tineco solution, so doing the baseboards allows me to use PineSol or Fabuloso. I needed something I can use on a heavy cleaning day or on a rainy day to get the dog prints up. This does both. I can mop the kitchen & clean the machine in 10 minutes before bed at night. I don't dread mopping anymore and I use it more frequently than I thought I would because it's convenient. The best part is you're not just sloshing around dirty water that smells good. It's clean.

2 yrs later...A must for toddler parents, but beware of battery issues
Okay, there don't seem to be many reviews from people who have had this product for a while. Here are my thoughts: Pros: I have used this product with 3 young kids and a senior dog with ongoing tummy troubles. This was a GAMECHANGER. I use this periodically throughout the house, but every single day in our kitchen. Spilled milk, cheerios, dog hair, syrupy pancakes that got tossed to the floor, sprinkles from "I want to decorate the cookies myself" toddlers, quinoa and rice that is too sticky and impossible to pick up by hand or sweep...it gets it all. I even use it to go over the floor when a dish gets dropped and shatters (after I pick up as much as I can see). It gives extra peace of mind that little feet aren't going to step on a missed shard. Some comments talk negatively about the suction. I've never had an issue with the suction. I don't expect it to pick up anything large that I can easily grab with a paper towel. I don't expect it to work like a commercial wet/dry vac. Also, my 7 and 4 year old can even use it to clean up their own spills and do a decent job! Cons: Expect a lot of "self cleaning cycles" if you are doing more than one room at a time. There is still quite a bit of yuck involved when cleaning it out, which needs to be done every day that it is used. The directions say to be sure it is fully dry after cleaning, which takes 24 hrs. I assume this is to avoid a funky smell and issues with the seal. That's a bit too long for me to go without it because sometimes it's needed after multiple meals. For this much use, I would expect to buy a spare dirty tank and extra filters and rollers. Do not forget to clean the tank, TRUST ME. I forgot and remembered a few days later and it wasn't pretty. I never forgot again. Yuck. Last, but most important, I don't like the charging station for this. It was fine at first, but we are having to replace ours after just over 2 years because the battery cannot be replaced and it will no longer charge. I wish a replacement battery could be purchased or at the very least have the option to plug it directly into the unit to force a charge. After a quick online search, I found that I'm not the only one with this problem. Although, none of the "quick fixes" have produced results for me. So, all of that to say, I will buy another one because it has become a must and makes my daily life so much easier. However, when the kids are older and the messes are fewer, I won't replace it if they don't fix the battery issue. It is just too expensive to have to replace every 2 years.

A must have in my home!
I have spent so many years investing into various mops and vacuums. I honestly wish I had a Tineco Floor ONE S3 Cordless cleaner sooner. It's exactly what I have needed in my life, especially being a mom of 3 boys (2 years old, 5 years old, 7 years old). As most people know boys are not only active and loud but can get very messy from infant age to older. I've lived in various areas and states from near the beach to suburbs with a lot of greenery and leaves. Rainy season, all the muddy shoes, winter all the dirt that comes in, summer all the wet swimsuits, water shoes, and bubble fun. Especially being home with my 2 year old who loves to keep this mama on her toes (milk spill, juice spill, marker drawings on the floor, tantrums with food on the floor from morning to night) to cleaning dirt everywhere, after guests leave from a fun home birthday party. We previously had 2 cats, this would have been perfect with all the cat litter all over to owning a dog in the future. This is seriously a must have! With a bad back after deliveries, this is a lifesaver! I love how the vacuum shuts down when the dirty tank of water is full and speaks to you, or when you need to refill the clean water tank. It's smart and easy to connect to an app. A huge bonus is a self cleaning system for the brush. My kids and I are always fascinated when it does a self cleaning and then pour out the dirty water. It also comes with a brush to clean, extra brush for the vacuum, and cleaning solution. Incredible! It's smart, cordless, and not heavy to lift. Just glides on the floor as you walk around holding the handle. Good height for taller people like myself (5'10"). When you are ready simply gently press on the left side of the vacuum and it will release the handle. Turn on the power button, you may also use maximum cleaning and on top of the handle -there's a self cleaning button. This is a must have, even your mother in law will be impressed with your floors! It is powerful and really gets all the dirt off the floor. The only thing I would improve is the sound of this cleaner/vacuum. It sounds like an airplane going off into the sky. Doesn't bother my boys or I but to some it may be a deal breaker. The battery life is a huge plus, about 25 min which takes care of majority of the flooring in my 2500 sq foot house. It lasts a while and super easy and fast to charge on it's charging station. Setup was a breeze straight out of the box without any complicated instructions. Now if only Tineco would make a cordless vacuum cleaner for the carpets, stains, and furniture. Until then, I think I found my new holiday gift for our parents and friends this year! I highly recommend this particular one over any other brands based on my positive experience! It's been a year since I've had this cleaner and it's been incredible! Easy to change water, dump dirty water out(my boys are always fascinated) and now with 2 new kittens at home. It's brilliant! I use this daily with all the spills, potty training and kitten litter training!

Better than all the rest
I recently bought the Tineco Floor One S3 cordless vacuum/mop ("washer"), and am here writing a very positive review (after calling two friends and my sister, and gushing over this mop). I am not technically-minded and was a bit intimidated by all the parts in the box and the instruction manual (more on that in a minute). But I was able to assemble it on my own, with the help of photos and some reviews here on Amazon. Please know that the first thing you will have to do after assembling the mop is charge it for 3-4 hours. Now, the OPERATION. Oh my goodness, I am SOLD. Wow, this thing cleans hardwood floors and tile like you wouldn't believe. After cleaning, my floors feel so smooth. This mop leaves steam cleaners in its wake. I mopped for probably 45 minutes total and it went from 100% to 55% power. I am satisfied with that. I learned a bit by trial and error in the operation, but it's reassuring to hear the mop talk to you and tell you what needs to be done - cleaned, removed, or added. I kind of wish I had sprung for the S5 series which has a clean water tank (CWT) that is twice as large as the S3. But oh well, it wasn't hard to stop and refill the CWT after about 15-20 minutes of mopping. You definitely want to use the Tineco cleaning solution and not some other brand. It works quite effectively. I was horrified when I emptied the dirty water tank (DWT) the first time. Were my floors REALLY that dirty? I refilled the CWT and made a second pass cleaning all the floors. I like the self-propelled feature which makes it easy to guide the mop. I like the mop instructing me what to do. I am also impressed with the Self-Cleaning feature after you mop. I give the Tineco S3 an A++ for operation. But I give the instruction manual a D-. Boo hiss. It lost something in the translation from Chinese to English. I gave up trying to figure it out, and came back here to Amazon reviews and watched a couple videos (thanks to previous purchasers!). The one thing that stumped me for about 10 minutes was the mop telling me to "press the self-clean button." I looked all over and could not find it. Here's your secret decoder ring: The self-cleaning button is on the very TOP OF THE HANDLE, not with the other buttons on the side. Good grief, I found it quite by accident. With two cats in the house, I think I've finally found the mop I didn't know I needed. I agree with someone else's comment that a quick Swiffer over your floors first to gather up loose pet hair is a good idea so it doesn't clog the mop. VERY happy with this purchase!

Love it so far!
Chose this over the Bissell Crosswave (nothing against Bissell just wanted to give this a chance). Love it so far! Looks very aesthetically pleasing. It pulls itself forward and is rather light, so is easy to use. I thought my steam mop cleaned well, but after using this, I see how dirty and black the dirty water really is! It's easy to clean too. I do vacuum first, so there is minimal debris, but still some (you'd be surprised!). I like how it talks. The suction is powerful. After using this, I rubbed a clean baby wipe against the floor and it did come back clean! So this does clean very well! I just hope it lasts and that customer service proves supportive. This wasn't cheap. And I could have gotten by with the cheaper, previous model instead. Will report back if any issues arise. I was skeptic to buy this since I don't know what their customer service is like. For comparison, my Dyson broke down in less than a year, and I was able to order replacement parts very easily and received relatively quickly too. So I know a company like Dyson has excellent customer service. But don't know much about Tinceo. For the robot version of a similar mop, try the iLife Shinebot (absolutely love!). I am also eyeing the Narwhal robot vac/mop (on my XMas wishlist). For robot vacs, I highly recommended the Roomba S9 (or S9+ with self-emptying cannister).

Tineco Floor ONE S3 for hard floors
For the money, this is an excellent hard floor cleaner. Easy to use, fantastic clean, quiet and relatively straight forward to refresh, ready for the next clean. The only real difference I can see between this model and ones twice and three times more expensive, is the small gap along the edges. The S3 doesn't clean all the way to the skirting boards however, most of our wear & tare is in the middle of the hallways & rooms anyway. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a cordless wet & dry hard floor cleaner that really cleans. Five Stars
