It arrived intact with no damage. We use it primarily throughout the kitchen and on other countertops in the house. It effectively cuts grease and cleans exceptionally well, requiring one application, especially those areas that tend to collect kitchen gook such as on top of the hood and cabinets. It leaves granite and quartz countertops clean and shiny. It also effectively removes fingerprints and mystery stains from the face of stainless appliances and the cooktop. The lavender smell is pleasant and not overpowering. Each bottle will completely refill the standard method spray bottle about 2.5 times.
