I noticed a difference in my sleep almost three days after taking them, I was falling asleep quicker and stayed asleep throughout the night. No more waking up and tossing and turning! But a couple weeks in, I was feeling extremely sleepy mid afternoon too, to the point where I could fall asleep sitting up! No amount of caffeine or exercise or taking tablets at different times of the day would push that mid afternoon sleep away. I forgot to take these tablets for about two days and I ended up not being so sleepy in the day time. So I think I will have to work out a routine of taking these tablets perhaps every other day or so in order to still benefit from the good night sleep! I have also noticed my nails are like iron! They’re super strong and grow extremely fast! Haven’t noticed any difference in hair growth though unfortunately.
