These vanilla beans are super fresh. I am making vanilla extract with them. So easy to make and really tasty.

Somewhat full vanilla beans smell like candy. They have a milk chocolate aroma which I found a little strange for vanilla. Some beans are flat containing small amount of caviar. Weight of vanilla beans in this 8oz package = 214.72g or 7.57oz. First time buying this Cook's brand for vanilla extract. Will probably try another brand for next batch. Looking for the fuller beans. Good bean expiration date. Will be ready about Christmastime this coming December. Great for gifts for the cooks in the family.

I got two ten pieces which each weigh roughly an ounce. They were nice and moist and full of seeds. Super aromatic the moment I opened the vacuum packaging. Using them to make my own vanilla extract. Happy with the quality

Great quality vanilla beans! I used one pod to make creme a creme brulee cheesecake, and it was soooo good. Good size beans, not dry at all, great vanilla flavor.
