Recommend by my Gynecologist. This formula has less extra ingredients and I tolerate it so well and it brought lowered my free estrogen in my lab results dramatically.

If you have to funds buy it.
I have been taking this for three years. My hot flashes have gone from 1000 to about 2. I was having hot flashes all day long, so night long. It was unbearable. Tried this on a whim and gave it a month to work. So glad I did. Helped with all menopause and hormonal issues I've had. This is a miracle drug for me.

Great alternative to BioTE
Firstly, these were cheaper for 2 bottles than 1 bottle of the BioTE brand. I needed something to “help” after BioTE. I don’t notice much effectiveness until I stop taking them - if that makes sense. I only got them for the side effects of testosterone conversion to estrogen. Plus, it supposedly helps the testosterone as well. It wasn’t what I needed it for, but you should read pubmed research before taking random supplements - or have a **good doctor explain it. Too many pill pushers that don’t even know what they’re selling you. Just Google PubMed if you’re in the US - should be the first link (dot gov website). Very informative for many different things - not limited to supplements by any means.

Strong supplement
I don't know what this medicine is for. But it's very strong. It gives me yellow urine, migraine and severe weakness. I think that it will help those people who have a problem that this medicine solves. I don't have this problem, that's why it makes me feel so bad

This is it ladies.
I have a hormone imbalance, my body doesn’t produce progesterone like it should so I have extra estrogen that is made and it messes with pretty much everything from mental to spiritual health. I started taking this stuff and had a personality switch. I’m more full of love and happiness than I ever was; but I also suffer from ptsd and anxiety, had a hard life, so this has been a game changer for me. I shared this in all of my mom groups because it is magic and I can never be great full enough for this stuff.
