KAZE APPLIANCE SE90PL2 Ultra Quiet Bathroom Exhaust Fan with LED Light, 90 CFM, 0.4 Sone

Got this to replace my old bath room fan. Installation was super simple. I've never done anything like this before, but not bad for a DIY kinda project. Just make sure you learn how to do wiring and how to shut off the box before working on installing it. The fan is super quite. At first I thought it felt weak y how quite it is but after a nice hot shower the mirrors no longer fog up so it's doing the job!The LED lights on the other hand is not that bright. Some may like it and some don't. I personally feel that the lights can be brighter. Good thing I have another light in my small bathroom.The night light feature is cool, but in my option it could be dimmer as the lights doesn't doesnt have to be as bright for late night use. I was planning on leaving the night light on at night so my kids can use the bathroom if needed, but it's a little too bright for that purpose.Also I have a rather small bathroom and according to the specs this fan should be more than enough. But I do wish I would have got the next model up for more suction. Bathroom doesn't smell as bad after I unload some friends during my morning routine lolSo far so go and no complaints. Oh the fan comes with all the screws needed to mount the fan. I didn't see the screw pack taped to one of the bags till after I was done installing. So look out for that screw pack if you dont have extra screws.

VERY quiet 0.3 sone fan yet moves a lot of air even using the smaller 4" duct on the 90cfm model. My only complaint is that it has an LED panel instead of a bulb which prevents you from changing the brightness or color of the light. The 11W 2700K yellowish light doesn't seem a lot brighter than the 2W night light.It is quiet enough that I wired the night light and fan on the same switch so that I could tell when the fan was turned on.

If you are looking for an ultra quiet fan, this is NOT it. It is rated at .3 sones, which it is not. I have a refrigerator that is 1 sone and I cannot hear that. This fan is supposed to be .3 (point 3, not 3) sones, but it sounds like a jet plane. The customer service department is helpful, as I returned the unit thinking it was defective. After having a second electrician ($$) reinstall this fan, it is much the same. After 17 emails back and forth with the company, they reasoned that the factory rating has different because they have the optimal setting. My electrician told me that the only true whisper quiet fan on the market is the Panasonic. So if sound is your big factor - move on.

We found this fan to be an excellent fit for our bathroom remodel. It wasn't too hard to install but is much easier if you have attic access to the installation site. We had to come up with a couple of unique mounting measures but it's up and running and working great. For a 0.3 sone unit I expected a much quieter fan than this one. It can be heard easily but it's much quieter than the fan we replaced.We were a little concerned when the fan arrived because it's packaging was all broken up and the outer box was torn pretty badly. But the contents were in excellent condition. The truss support hangers are the culprit in the the packaging. They are loose in the box and cause the Styrofoam and outer box to get damaged during storage/transit.

I had a professional contractor install these fans in 2 bathrooms; one fan worked great out of the box whereas the other fan had to be shaved down to make it as close to balanced as possible! Honestly it sounded like a helicopter taking off! They’re not the easiest to install either, but once installed and smoothed out, they run quietly and efficiently!

I bought and installed this fan. I am a woman with limited experience installing electronics. I bought the fan to replace another fan that was extremely loud. When I took the other fan out, I took pictures thinking it would be easy to just put this one back in. This one had different colors and connected differently. I looked at some of the reviews and questions answered to get myself on the right track. I also checked out a couple of different You Tube videos for similar products. When I first installed, I had a couple of the switches mixed up, so I took them apart and switched them around and got a working fan! It is extremely quiet. I am so delighted. It took me longer to take out the old fan than to put in the new one.

I REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT. THE LIGHT KIT PLUGS IN AND HAS A SOLID STATE LED LIGHT AND NIGHT LIGHT. IT CAME WITH BOTH 4" AND 6" CONNECTORS IF YOU NEED ONE OR ANOTHER. I TOOK OUT AN EXHAUST FAN THAT HAD HEAT LAMP BULBS IN IT SO THE WIRING WAS IN PLACE TO SWITXH THE FAN, NIGHT LIGHT AND MAIN LIGHT INDIVIDUALLY.

I like this fan a lot, it is really quiet, not too large, and it looks nice. If you're used to a builder's grade fan, you'll wonder if this thing is even on, but it moves air quite well. My only gripe is that in the light there is an area where, when it's on, you can see the electrical connection. It shows up as a dark spot in the corner. I'm not sure why you'd be staring up at the light while it's on, and you certainly can't see it when the light is off, but it bugs me a bit. Otherwise, this was an easy install and it's held up great for the last month or so.
